Name Description

Staffan Salen

Mr. Staffan Salen has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors at eWork Group AB since September 9, 2010, and he has been Member of the Company's Board of Directors since 2003. He is also Member of the Company's Nomination, Audit and Remuneration Committees. He acts as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Salenia AB, as well as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Amapola AB, Investment AB Jamaica and Sagax AB. He is also Member of the Boards of Directors at Strand Kapitalforvaltning AB, Landauer Ltd, Westindia AB and Largus Holding AB, among others. Previously, he was Deputy CEO and CIO at ForeningsSparbanken AB, and Managing Editor of Finanstidningen. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Stockholms Universitet (University of Stockholm).

Zoran Covic

Mr. Zoran Covic has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of eWork Group AB, effective as of March 17, 2014. He was previously Chief Executive Officer Denmark at eWork Scandinavia AB since October 1, 2012. He has headed up eWork’s business in the Oresund region since July 2012. He has previous experience of outsourcing (since 2001), including serving as Head of Strategic Sales for Logica. He holds an Executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School and Bachelor of Science (Economics) from Lunds Universitet.

Magnus Eriksson

Mr. Magnus Eriksson has served as Chief Financial Officer of eWork Group AB since August 1, 2012 and has been Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company since 2014. Before he assumed the position, he served as Sales Manager in the Company from 2009. He has been employed by the Company since 2007. He was Head of eWork Stockholm from 2007 until 2011. He has worked mainly with Sales in the IT industry since 1992, as Sales Manager, Line Manager and Consultant in Organizational Development. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Uppsala Universitet (University of Uppsala).

Jimmie Carling

Mr. Jimmie Carling has been Managing Director Norway within eWork Group AB since September 2013. Before that, he has been Business Manager, Gothenburg at the Company since October 1, 2012. He joined the Company in 2004 and he participated in starting up eWork’s office in Scania and Copenhagen before leaving the Oresund region to start up eWork in Gothenburg. He has previous experience of Information Technology search and selection with management positions in various companies since 2000.. He holds a Master’s degree after studying International Law at Lunds Universitet and University College Malmo (Malmo Hogskola). He holds Bachelor of Arts with major in Human Rights and a Bachelor of Arts in Peace and Conflict Studies.

Jesper Hendriksen

Mr. Jesper Hendriksen has served as Managing Director Denmark at eWork Group AB since January 1, 2013. He has worked in the Danish IT industry since 1998, with sales of outsourcing, services and projects for among others Maersk Data, Ementor/ Topnordic, Trifork and TDC. Jesper has a Master’s degree in Business Economics and Organization from the Aarhus School of Business and Social Sciences (Aarhus universitet).

Mikael Subotowicz

Mr. Mikael Subotowicz has been Managing Director Poland at eWork Group AB since 2015. He is responsible for eWork's subsidiary in Poland and has been employed since May 1, 2015. He has worked in the IT consulting industry for over 10 years and has held senior positions at companies in Sweden and Poland. He has previously worked at AF and ZeroChaos. Mikael has Bachelor of Liberal Art with a major in political science and international business relations from Hobart and William Smith College.

Laura Virros

Ms. Laura Virros has been Managing Director Finland at eWork Group AB since June 2016. Prior to that, she has worked in executive positions in sales and in business development for international IT companies. She has experience in sales and export from among others energy distribution, engineering, building and construction, banking, smart cities, security, facility management and retail sectors. Laura has a M.Sc. Engineering degree from Aalto School of Science and Technology.

Pernilla Nilsson

Ms. Pernilla Nilsson has served as Sales & Delivery Director at eWork Group AB since 2013. She has been employed at the Company since 2004. She has worked in various roles in eWork Group such as Competence Manager, Business Area Manager responsible for SAP, Account Manager, and held senior positions in Stockholm and Site Manager in Malmo since 2010. She has experience from Information Technology sector in outsourcing, training and search & selection. She holds a degree in Market Economics from IHM Business School.

Lotta Dizengremel

Ms. Lotta Dizengremel has been Site Director Stockholm at eWork Group AB since August 2012. She has over 20 years’ experience of sales and management in the IT and telecom sectors. She is former Business Area Manager at Cybercom, Senior Consultant and Sales Manager at HiQ, Marketing Manager at Bouygues Telecom (French operator) and Key Account Manager for Ericsson. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Linkoping.

Peter Lundahl

Mr. Peter Lundahl has been Site Director Malmo at eWork Group AB since January 18, 2016. From 2009 until 2013, he was CEO and President of ManpowerGroup in Sweden. He was recently Senior Advisor for start-up companies and large groups. He holds Master of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration and is System Analyst from Lunds universitet. He has over 20 years of experience as Executive Manager in various organizations.

Ms. Disa Nilsson has been Site Director Gothenburg at eWork Group AB since September 2013. She has been employed at the Company since 2006. She started working for the Company as responsible for Customer Sales and since 2009 had been Director of Sales at eWork Stockholm. She has experience in Information Technology industry with seven years at Dell, among others.

Mr. Erik Afors has been Independent Director of eWork Group AB since April 24, 2014. He is Member of the Audit Committee. He is Financial Communication Advisory Consultant in his own company Svenska Rad AB. He has been founder and executive of several corporate communication businesses. He previously worked with corporate finance at Svenska Handelsbanken in London. He is Chairman of the Board of Vero Kommunikation AB.
