Name Description

Tom Johnstone

Mr. Tom Johnstone, CBE has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Husqvarna AB since April 21, 2015. He has been Director of the Company since 2006. He also chairs the Company’s Remuneration Committee and is Member of its Nomination Committee. Mr. Johnstone was President and Chief Executive Officer of AB SKF from 2003 until 2014. Additionally, he serves as Board Chairman of Combient AB and of the British-Swedish Chamber of Commerce and Board Member of Investor AB, Volvo Cars and Wartsila Corporation. During the course of his career, he has been holding various management positions within AB SKF since 1987, including President of Automotive Division from 1995 to 2003 and Executive Vice-President of AB SKF between 1999 and 2003. Mr. Johnstone holds a Master of Arts degree from University of Glasgow and honorary Doctorate degrees in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina, and in Science from Cranfield University.

Kai Warn

Mr. Kai Warn has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Husqvarna Aktiebolag, effective as of July 1, 2013. He has also been Member of the Board of Directors of the Company since April 10, 2014. He started his career at power and automation technologies company ABB (1985 -2004), where he held various senior international positions including roles in Belgium, Germany and the United Kingdom. His last assignment at ABB was President of the Business Unit ABB Robotics Products. Between 2004 and 2010, he was President and CEO at Seco Tools AB, a metal cutting tools company. Thereafter, he moved to the position of Operations Partner at the private equity firm IK Investment Partners (2011-2013). Mr. Warn graduated with Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kungliga Tekniska Hogskolan – KTH (the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm).

Jan Ytterberg

Mr. Jan Ytterberg has been appointed Senior Vice President, Finance, IT (Information Technology) & IR (Investor Relations) and Chief Financial Officer of Husqvarna AB, effective as of April 1, 2015. He has 27 years of business experience from the truck manufacturer Scania, where he has held various positions in the financial area and during which he has been based in Brazil, Spain and Sweden. From 2006 until 2015, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Scania Group and various positions in accounting and finance in Scania Group (1987–2006). He holds Master of Science degree in Business Administration & Economics from Stockholm University, Sweden.

Valentin Dahlhaus

Mr. Valentin Dahlhaus has been appointed Senior Vice President, Group Operations at Husqvarna Aktiebolag, effective as of January 1, 2015. He has been employed at the Company since 2010. He has previously been Vice President Demand and Supply Chain Management at the Company from 2013 until 2014, and Supply Chain development/PO, Husqvarna Group, 2011-2013. He also served as Demand and Supply Chain development, Husqvarna Group, 2010-2011 and at Arcandor AG (Primondo GmbH), Nuernberg/Fuerth, 2007-2010 and Continental AG, Hannover, 2004-2007. He holds Master of Business Administration degree from Freie Universitaet, Berlin, Germany.

Anders Johanson

Mr. Anders Johanson has been appointed Senior Vice President, Technology Office at Husqvarna Aktiebolag effective as of October 1, 2015. Anders Johanson was Partner and Global practice leader technology and innovation management at Arthur D. Little (2000–2006, 2008–2015), Director Strategic Product and Technology Planning at Gambro (2008), Director Business office and head of Business Consulting of Volvo IT (2006–2007) and held various positions within Nobel Biocare (1996-2000). He holds a part time role as adjunct professor in industrial product development at KTH, Royal Institute of Technology, since January 2015. Anders has a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering and a MBA from Chalmers University of Technology.

Brian Belanger

Mr. Brian S. Belanger has been appointed Senior Vice President, Legal Affairs, General Counsel and Secretary to the Board at Husqvarna Aktiebolag, effective as of August 2015. He was Acting Head of Asia/Pacific at the Company from January 1, 2014 until June 1, 2014. He has been Vice President Legal Affairs Husqvarna Asia/Pacific Region within the Company from 2009 till 2012. He holds a Juris Doctor/Master of Legal Letters degree from Duke University School of Law, Durham, NC, US; Law Clerk, US. He has served at Circuit Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. He has been employed by the Company since 2006. Per Ericson

Mr. Per Ericson has served as Senior Vice President, Group Staff People & Organization at Husqvarna Aktiebolag since 2011. Prior to this, he worked as Executive Vice President Human Resources at Haldex (2006-2011) and held several executive positions, including President Human Resources, at Stora Enso (1987–2006). Mr. Ericson is Forest Engineer and has completed U.S. Forestry Studies as well as Studies in Change Management in Organization and Social Systems, International Association for Organizational and Social Development (IOD), Belgium.

Mr. Par Astrom has been Senior Vice President, Business Development at Husqvarna Aktiebolag since January 1, 2015. He holds Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden. He has been employed at the Company since 2013 and member of Group Management from 2015. His previous positions include: Vice President Business Development, Husqvarna Group, 2013-2014; Principal, A.T. Kearney Management Consultants, 2007-2013 and Management Consulting 1998-2009.

He holds Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, the Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden. He has been employed at the Company since 1989 and member of Group Management from 2015. His previous positions include: Venture capital and Management consultancy, own enterprise, 2009-2013; Head of Electric Category, Husqvarna Group, 2004-2008; Senior VP Industrial Operations Dishwashers, Electrolux 1998-2003. He also held various positions within Operations in Electrolux Professional, 1989-1999.

Henric Andersson

Mr. Henric Andersson has been appointed President, Construction Division at Husqvarna Aktiebolag, effective as of August 2015. He no longer serves as Senior Vice President, Technology Office at the Company, as of August 2015. He has held this position since 2014. Before that, he has served as Executive Vice President, Head of Product Management and Development at Husqvarna AB since 2011. He joined the Company in 1997 and has since held such roles as Vice President, Construction Equipment (2008-2011), Vice President, Commercial Lawn & Garden and President of Husqvarna Turf Care (2004-2008) and Vice President, Riders & Robotic Mowers (2002-2004), among several other positions in Product and Business Management (1997-2001). Pavel Hajman

Mr. Pavel Hajman has been appointed President, Husqvarna Division of Husqvarna Aktiebolag effective as of January 1, 2015. Before that, he has been Executive Vice President, Head of Asia/Pacific at Husqvarna AB since June 1, 2014. He has over 20 years of international business experience within several different areas including sales, marketing, logistics and manufacturing. Most recently, he comes from Assa Abloy, where he has been heading operations in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. He was President Assa Abloy AHG Greater China (2013-2014). Previous experiences include numerous managerial roles within Seco Tools from 1990 until 2013. He holds a Master of Science degree, Industrial Engineering and Management from Linkoping Institute of Technology, Sweden.

Jeff Hohler

Mr. Jeff Hohler has been appointed President, Consumer Brands Division at Husqvarna Aktiebolag effective as of May 1, 2015. Most recently, Jeff Hohler has held the position as President of the Tools Business Segment within Newell Rubbermaid, Inc. in the U.S. Jeff has held several different divisional president positions within Newell Rubbermaid since joining the company in 2001. Between 1991 and 2001, Jeff held numerous managerial positions within the Black & Decker Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the Bowling Green State University, the U.S. in 1988 and an MBA in Marketing from the John Hopkins University, the United States in 2000.

Sascha Menges

Mr. Sascha Menges has been appointed President, Gardena Division at Husqvarna Aktiebolag effective as of January 1, 2015. He has previously been Executive Vice President, Head of Manufacturing and Logistics at Husqvarna AB from 2011 till 2014. He joined the Company in 2004, and has since held leadership positions in Supply Chain Management and Operations (2007-2011), and the role of Vice President Supply Chain Management at Gardena AG (2004-2007). Prior to that, he worked within Associate Principal Management Consulting of McKinsey & Company, Inc (1996-2004). He holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering & Management from Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Zurich, and a Master of Business Administration degree from INSEAD, France.

Ms. Soili Johansson serves as Employee Representative on the Board of Directors at Husqvarna Aktiebolag. She is Representative of the Federation of Salaried Employees in Industry and Services.

Katarina Martinson

Ms. Katarina Martinson has been Member of the Board of Directors of Husqvarna AB since 2012. She is Member of the Audit Committee. She is responsible for portfolio management for the Lundberg Family. Apart from this, she serves as Board Member at L E Lundbergforetagen AB, Fastighets AB L E Lundberg, Byggnads AB Karlsson & Wingesjo, L E Lundberg Kapitalforvaltning AB, Indutrade AB, Fidelio Capital AB, AniCura AB and Lyko AB. Daniel Nodhall

Mr. Daniel Nodhall has served as Member of the Board of Directors of Husqvarna AB since April 11, 2013. He is Member of the Audit Committee. He has been Managing Director, Head of Listed Core Investments at Investor AB. He has worked within Investor AB in various positions since 2002. Ms. Litzen is a former President of W Capital Management AB (2001-2005). In the past, she held senior management positions and served as Member of the Management Group at Investor AB (1996-2001). Bertrand Neuschwander

Mr. Bertrand Neuschwander has been Independent Director at Husqvarna Aktiebolag since April 6, 2016. He is Graduate engineer, Institut National Agronomique de Paris-Grignon, France, and holds MBA from INSEAD. He is Chief Operating Officer, Groupe SEB, France. Christine Robins

Ms. Christine Robins has been Independent Director of Husqvarna Aktiebolag since April 4, 2017. She holds BBA in Marketing and Finance, University of Wisconsin, Madison, US and MBA at Marquette University, Milwaukee, WI, US. She is President & CEO of Char-Broil LLC, Columbus, GA, US. She previously was President & CEO of BodyMedia, Pittsburgh, PA, US 2009-2014; President & CEO of Philips Oral Healthcare, Seattle, WA, US 2005-2009; Marketing and Finance positions within S.C. Johnson company 1988-2005.

Tobias Norrby
