Muhammad Ramdani Basri

Mr. Muhammad Ramdani Basri serves as President Director and Chief Executive Officer of PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk since June 18, 2008. Earned his Master of Science in Public Policy from the University of Indonesia (2002) and Executive Education in Economic Infrastructure in Harvard Kennedy School, Harvard University, the USA (2012). He is also a speaker in infrastructure forums. He was CEO and founder of PT Asia Investco (1990), prior to being entrusted as Commissioner of PT Asiana Securities (1994-1998) and Commissioner of PT Asia Komunika (1997), a company engaging in telecommunications business sector. His other experiences are as President Director of PT Asiana Multi Kreasi Tbk (1998-2002) and Commissioner of PT Bormindo (2007-2008). He is also active in various social organizations and trusted as the Chairman of the Board of Trustee of Yayasan Seni Rupa Indonesia.

Omar Danni Hasan

Mr. Omar Danni Hasan serves as Managing Director of PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk. He started his career in 1988, assuming various senior positions in several companies in the manufacturing, oil and gas, and securities firms. These companies included PT Akzo Coating Indonesia, Sigma Batara and PT Asamera Oil Indonesia. He was the Chief Financial Officer at PT Centris Multipersada Pratama, and was later appointed as President Director in this various business group. In addition to his experience in operating toll road projects in Indonesia, he also involves in financial structuring and had arranged the funding for the JTSE, BSD and JLB toll road projects. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and Master of Science degree in Industrial Management at Adamson University, the Philippines. He has served as the President Director subsidiary, PT Margautama Nusantara, President Director of subsidiary, PT Telekom Infranusantara, President Commissioner of subsidiary, PT Komet Infra Nusantara and Director of associated company, PT Jakarta Lingkar Baratsatu.

Ridwan Abdul Chalif Irawan

Mr. Ridwan Abdul Chalif Irawan serves as a Director of PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk. He was appointed on May 26, 2014. Earned his Bachelor of Economics from the University of Indonesia, Jakarta (1991) and Master of International Banking and Financial Services from University of Reading, the United Kingdom (1994) through FCOSAS (British Council) scholarship program. He is a researcher, lecturer and practitioner in the areas he is engaged in. His interest in economic education and capital market has made him a lecturer and researcher. In 1992, the Indonesian Institute of Sciences (LIPI) placed him as a finalist in a youth science competition. After serving as an assistant to lecturer at the University of Indonesia and being active in various researches with LPEM-FEUI, he decided to be engaged in the finance industry and the capital market by joining PT HSBC Securities Indonesia (HSBC Investment Banking) (1994-1999) where he was actively involved in fund raising, mergers acquisitions and in restructuring. He was Deputy Director of Corporate Finance of PT Holdiko Perkasa (1999-2004), Director of Delta Advisory Pte Ltd (2004-2006), Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Trada Group (2006-2008) and CFO Trada Holding (2008-2014), a holding company in the integrated trading and transportation business in Indonesia.

John Younger

Dr. John Scott Younger serves as a Director of PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk since May 23, 2012. He served as President Commissioner from September 14, 2006 until May 23, 2012. He graduated from University of Glasgow in 1962 and obtained his Master of Science degree from University of California Berkeley in 1964. He earned his Doctorate in Philosophy (PhD) degree from Hong Kong University in 1989. He started his career as Engineering Trainee at James Williamson and Partners, UK (1958- 1962) and then lecturer at the University of Strathclyde, UK (1965-1972). He followed this by engagement in the professional world, serving as Director of Pre-Construction Services Ltd, the United Kingdom (1972 - 1975), before taking up an appointment on a major World Bank highway project in Thailand (1983) and moved to Hong Kong; Director of Vallentine Laurie, Consulting Engineer, Hong Kong (1983 - 1985); Director of O'Sulliva & Graham Ltd. (1988-1993); Director of Tarmac Group (1993-1996); Technical Advisor and Executive Director of PT Bukaka Marga Utama (1996-1998); Director of Business Development, Thames Water International (1998-2002); Chairman of Rekainfra International (2002- 2004); Commissioner of PT Glendale Partners (2004 -present); and advisor to the China Communications Construction Company (2015).

David Parry

Mr. David Emlyn Parry serves as an Independent Commissioner of PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk since May 27, 2016. Earned his Bachelor of Arts Honours (BA Hons) in Geography (1965) and Master of Science (MSc) in Natural Resource Survey (Soil Science, Geomorphology and Ecology) (1968), both from the University of Sussex, the United Kingdom; Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Remote Sensing (Satellite Imagery) and Natural Resources Evaluation from Aston University, Birmingham, the United Kingdom (1979); Diploma in Education, University of Oxford, the United Kingdom (1966); Fellow of the Institute of Professional Soil Scientists (FIPSS) and Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society (FRGS). He has a long career experience, started in 1968 when he became Soil Scientist, Land-use Planner at Dallol Maori Irrigation Project, Niger, Africa. He currently serves as Senior Advisor at PT Mott MacDonald Indonesia (2009-present); Senior Advisor and Senior Vice-President at PT Glendale Partners, Indonesia (2009-present); Vice-Chairman of the Advisory Board of The Nature Conservancy (TNC), Indonesian Division, (1999-present); Director of Technical Advisor Soil, Agriculture, Climate Change Adaptation in the East Bali Poverty Project (EBPP), Indonesia (2012-present); and independent consultant for Soil, Ecology, Geomorphology, Geology, Land Suitability, Land-use Planning, Soil and Water Conservation, Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation, Environmental Impact Assessment and Sustainable Development.
