Leon L'Huillier

Mr. Leon Michael L'Huillier is Chairman of the Board of Isonea Ltd effective February 4, 2014. Leon is an experienced chairman and company director with a background in health, retail and consumer goods and private equity. Leon is a former director of Woolworths and chairman of its audit and risk management committee. Currently he is a deputy chairman of Australian Prostate Cancer Research, a former chairman of the Australian Health Ministers Advisory Council, The Royal Children’s Hospital Brisbane and a former director of St. Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne and The Bernard O’Brien Institute of Microsurgery. He has also been a director of private equity in association with Archer Capital, Gresham, and Macquarie Bank.

Mario Gattino

Mr. Mario Gattino has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director of the Company, effective November 2017. He has over 25 years’ experience in senior leadership positions within the medical industry. His track record in commercialising and managing sales of drug and medical device products in multiple countries will be invaluable in helping Respiri achieve its commercial milestones. Mr Gattino has held senior leadership positions at Pfizer, one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies, in the USA and Europe ' He has a long successful track record in commercialising drug and device products globally and growing sales in multiple markets including the USA, Europe and Asia ' He is an expert in sophisticated stakeholder management, portfolio and business development via M&A and licensing, brand commercialisation, business innovation and profit generation ' His experience in launching and managing products in several countries, formulating and executing commercialisation plans, and dealing with local regulators will be invaluable to Respiri at this important juncture. Mario spent 20 years working with Pfizer including serving as the Chief Operating Officer & Regional Business Director responsible for operational issues in ten Northern European countries. He also held the position of Country Chief Executive Officer in Budapest including responsibility for logistics and distribution in central and Eastern Europe. Mr Gattino’s latest role was Vice President and General Manager (ANZ) for Ikaria Inc., a drug medical device company, where he turned around its Australia and New Zealand business and was responsible for spearheading an expansion into APAC. Mario holds an MBA from the University of NSW (AGSM) and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Medical Administration) from La Trobe University.

Timothy Oldham

Dr. Timothy Charles Oldham is no longer as Non-Executive Director of the Company effective November 2017. Dr. Oldham has more than a decade of direct life sciences business development, alliance management, market entry, and sales & marketing experience in Europe, Asia and Australia including as President of Asia Pacific for Hospira, Inc. (2007 to 2012), and a variety of senior management roles with Mayne Pharma (2002 to 2007) prior to its acquisition by Hospira. These roles encompassed the development and commercialisation of pharmaceuticals, devices and biologics. Prior to this, he was an engagement manager with McKinsey & Co (1997 to 2001). Dr. Oldham has been chairman of the European Generic Medicines Association Biosimilars and Biotechnology Committee, a director of the Generic Medicines Industry Association and a member of the Pharmaceutical Industry Strategy Group. He is a also a Director of Acrux Ltd (ASX:ACR).

John Ribot-de-Bresac

Mr. John Ribot-de-Bresac is Non-Executive Director of Isonea Ltd effective February 4, 2014. He has experience and a record of achievement as a senior executive across the sport, leisure and hospitality industries including in strategy development and implementation. Following a distinguished sports career where he received the Australian Sports Medal, he was involved in the establishment of the Brisbane Broncos and Melbourne Storm, in executive director roles, and as chairman of the Brisbane Roar. Currently John serves as director of Victorian Major Events Company, executive chairman of Queensland Clubs Management (QCM), and owns hospitality venues throughout Queensland.
