Name Description

Masayoshi Son

Mr. Masayoshi Son serves as Chairman of the Board of Sprint Corporation. Mr. Son founded SoftBank Corp. (now SoftBank Group Corp.) in September 1981 and has been its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since February 1986. Mr. Son also served as President of SoftBank Corp. from February 1986 until June 2015. Mr. Son serves in various capacities within SoftBank’s portfolio of companies, including Vodafone K.K. (currently SoftBank Mobile Corp.) as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, which is a position he has held since 2006. In addition, Mr. Son sits on the board of directors of Yahoo! Japan Corporation, which was established as a joint venture between SoftBank and Yahoo! Inc., and served as its Chairman from 1996 until 2015. Mr. Son has also served as Chairman of the Broadband Association in Japan and of The Great East Japan Earthquake Recovery Initiative Foundation.

Marcelo Claure

Mr. Marcelo Claure is President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Sprint Corporation. since August 11, 2014. Mr. Claure was named President and Chief Executive Officer, effective August 11, 2014, and has served on the Sprint board of directors since January 2014. In addition, Mr. Claure has been nominated to serve as a director of SoftBank, which is expected to be voted on in June 2017. Prior to this, he was Chief Executive Officer of Brightstar, a company he founded in 1997 and grew from a small Miami-based distributor of mobile device accessories into a global business with more than $10 billion in gross revenue for the year ended 2013. Mr. Claure serves on the board of directors of CTIA-The Wireless Association and was a member of its 2016 Executive Committee. He also is a member of the board of directors of My Brother’s Keeper Alliance.

Ronald Fisher

Mr. Ronald D. Fisher is Vice Chairman of the Board of Sprint Corporation. Mr. Fisher has over 30 years of experience of working with high growth and turnaround technology companies. Mr. Fisher joined SoftBank in 1995, overseeing its U.S. operations and other activities outside of Asia and was the founder of SoftBank Capital. He is currently a director of SoftBank. Prior to joining SoftBank, Mr. Fisher was the CEO of Phoenix Technologies Ltd. a leading developer and marketer of system software products for personal computers, from 1990 to 1995. Mr. Fisher joined Phoenix from Interactive Systems Corporation, a UNIX software company that was purchased by the Eastman Kodak Company in 1988. At Interactive Systems he served for five years as President, initially as COO and then CEO. Mr. Fisher’s experience prior to Interactive Systems includes senior executive positions at Visicorp, TRW, and ICL (USA).

Tarek Robbiati

Mr. Tarek Robbiati is Chief Financial Officer of Sprint Corporation. From January 2013 until August 2015, Mr. Robbiati served as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of FlexiGroup Limited in Australia, where he oversaw all segments of the company and reported to the board of directors. From December 2009 until December 2012, Mr. Robbiati was Group Managing Director and Regional President of Telstra International Group, where he oversaw operating and financial aspects of the telecommunications company. From December 2009 until December 2012, Mr. Robbiati was Executive Chairman of Hong Kong CSL Limited (“CSL”), and from July 2007 until May 2010, Mr. Robbiati served as the Chief Executive Officer of CSL, during which time he spearheaded and implemented transformation strategies and strengthened CSL's position as a Market Leader in Hong Kong.

Kevin Crull

Mr. Kevin Crull serves as President - Omnichannel Sales of Sprint Corporation. Mr. Crull is responsible for Direct Sales, Indirect Sales and Digital Sales/Marketing, Postpaid Distribution, Omnichannel Operations, Omnichannel Customer Experience and Customer Management. From October 2010 until April 2015, Mr. Crull served as the Chief Operating Officer and then President of Bell Media, Canada’s largest media and broadcasting company.

Brandon Draper

Mr. Brandon Draper is President - Sprint Prepaid Group of Sprint Corporation. Mr. Draper served as President - Global Wholesale and Prepaid Services and in May 2016, Mr. Draper was temporarily appointed as CEO of Virgin Mobile USA returning to his current role as President - Sprint Prepaid Group in October 2016. Mr. Draper manages the sales and marketing for Sprint's prepaid brands, Virgin Mobile USA, Boost Mobile and Assurance Wireless. From 2009 through September 2013, he was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Retail for CLEAR, the retail brand of Clearwire Corporation, where he oversaw the brand's sales, marketing, customer care and product development. Before joining Clearwire Corporation, Mr. Draper held various roles at Alltel Wireless, including senior vice president of Voice & Data Solutions and senior vice president of Financial Planning and Analysis. He has also held various roles at Western Wireless and McKinsey & Company.

Nestor Cano

Mr. Nestor Cano is appointed as Chief Operating Officer of the company effective on February 2, 2017. He has been the President, Europe of Tech Data Corporation since June 2007. Tech Data Corporation (“TDC”) is listed on NASDAQ and is one of the world’s largest wholesale distributors of technology products. Mr. Cano joined TDC in July 1989 as a Software Product Manager and served in various management positions within TDC’s operations in Spain and Portugal from 1990 to 1995, after which time he was promoted to Regional Managing Director. In March 1999, he was appointed Executive Vice President of U.S. Sales and Marketing, and in January 2000 was promoted to President, the Americas. Mr. Cano was promoted to President, Worldwide Operations in August 2000 and was appointed to President, Europe in June 2007.

Jorge Gracia

Mr. Jorge Gracia serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Ethics Officer of the Company. Mr. Gracia was appointed to his position in January 2016. He oversees all strategic, transactional, dispute, and preventative legal and government affairs matters, provides advice to the board and senior management on various matters, and has responsibility for ethics training and legal compliance. Mr. Gracia has over 25 years of experience in international corporate law, most recently with Samsung Electronics America, Inc., where he served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel from October 2013 until December 2015. Mr. Gracia previously spent 17 years at Alcatel-Lucent, where he held a series of positions, each with increasing responsibility. Mr. Gracia last served as Deputy General Counsel - Global Commercial Law, a role in which he led an international team of approximately 200 professionals supporting all commercial matters, including serving as general counsel for global sales and marketing, the team responsible for worldwide revenue-generating activities.

Roger Sole Rafols

Mr. Roger Sole Rafols is Chief Marketing Officer of the Company. Mr. Sole was appointed Chief Marketing Officer in January 2016. From May 2015 until December 2015, Mr. Sole served as Senior Vice President of Marketing, Innovation, and Hispanic Market. From August 2011 until May 2015, Mr. Sole served as the Chief Marketing Officer of TIM Brasil. Under his leadership, TIM Brasil, Telecom Italia's mobile carrier in Brazil, emerged as that country’s fastest growing mobile operator by introducing new offers and services and providing innovative ways for customers to get new smartphones. Mr. Sole helped grow TIM Brasil to become the top seller of smartphones in Brazil with a 40% market share and nearly 75 million customers.

Paul Schieber

Mr. Paul Schieber, Jr. is a Controller of Sprint Corporation. Mr. Schieber was appointed as Controller in December 2013. Mr. Schieber previously served in various positions at Sprint since 1991. Most recently, he served as Vice President, Access and Roaming Planning, where he was responsible for managing Sprint's roaming costs as well as its wireless and wireline access costs. Prior to that, Mr. Schieber held various leadership roles in Sprint's Finance organization including heading Sprint's internal audit function as well as serving in various Vice President - Finance roles. He was also a director in Sprint's Tax department and a director on its Mergers and Acquisitions team. Before joining Sprint, Mr. Schieber was a senior manager with the public accounting firm Ernst & Young, where he worked as an auditor and a tax consultant. In addition, he served as corporate controller for a small publicly held company.

Yuriko Ishihara

Ms. Yuriko Ishihara serves as Chief Strategy Officer of the company since April 2017. In this role, she oversees various strategic, regulatory, and operational matters and provides advice to senior management on various matters. Prior to joining Sprint, Ms. Ishihara served as GM, Global Business (Sprint) at SoftBank Group Corp. from July 2015 to April 2017, Vice President of SoftBank Mobile from June 2013 until April 2017, and GM - Corporate Planning at SoftBank Mobile from January 2003 until May 2013.

Guenther Ottendorfer

Dipl.-Ing. Guenther Ottendorfer is Chief Operating Officer - Technology of Sprint Corporation. Mr. Ottendorfer was appointed Chief Operating Officer, Technology in August 2015. He is responsible for overseeing Sprint’s network, technology and IT organizations, including related strategy, network operations and performance, as well as partnerships with network, technology and IT vendors. From September 2013 until April 2015, he served as Group CTO at Telekom Austria Group, where he was responsible for driving major wireless expansion, convergence and network function virtualization projects across the countries of the group. From January 2011 until July 2013 Mr. Ottendorfer served as Managing Director - Networks at Optus Singtel, Australia's second largest telecommunications provider with over 11 million customers in cable, fixed, mobile and satellite networks, where he was responsible for the day-to-day running of all Optus networks.

Gordon Bethune

Mr. Gordon M. Bethune is an Independent Director of Sprint Corporation. He is retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Continental Airlines, Inc. He held the Directorship of Honeywell International Inc., Prudential Financial, Inc., and Willis Group Holdings, Ltd. Mr. Bethune served as Chief Executive Officer of Continental Airlines from 1994 until December 30, 2004 and as Chairman from 1996 until December 30, 2004. Mr. Bethune has extensive experience serving as a chief executive officer and director of large international corporations, providing our board with the perspective of someone familiar with all facets of an international enterprise. He has extensive experience with developing and implementing strategies and policies for the acquisition and development of employee talent.

Patrick Doyle

Mr. Patrick T. (“Pat”) Doyle serves as Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Doyle most recently served as DirecTV’s Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Finance. After joining the company in 1992, then called Hughes Electronics Corporation, Mr. Doyle held a variety of positions in finance and accounting at DirecTV until he retired following the company’s acquisition by AT&T in July of 2015. “Pat has decades of experience in finance and accounting, and I am pleased to welcome him to Sprint’s board of directors,” said Masayoshi Son, chairman of Sprint’s board of directors. “As Sprint continues to grow and rebuild, Pat will provide valuable leadership to the company.” Prior to his 23 years with DirecTV, Mr. Doyle served in various roles at oilfield services company Baker Hughes and public accounting firm Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Doyle received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza School of Business and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Julius Genachowski

Mr. Julius Genachowski is Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Genachowski is a Managing Director at The Carlyle Group, a private investment company, which he joined in 2014. He served as Chairman of the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (“FCC”) from 2009 to 2013. Prior to the FCC, he held senior executive positions at IAC/InterActiveCorp, an Internet and media company and was engaged with several public and private companies in the technology, media and telecommunications sector as a board member, investor or advisor. He is a senior fellow at the Aspen Institute, and has taught a joint class at Harvard Business and Law Schools. Earlier in his career, he worked in Congress for the Select Committee on the Iran-Contra Affair, for then-Representative Charles Schumer, and he was a law clerk to U.S. Supreme Court Justice David H. Souter. He is currently a member of the President’s Intelligence Advisory Board.

Michael Mullen

Admiral Michael G. Mullen, USN (ret) serves as Independent Director of Sprint Corporation. Adm. Mullen serves on the board of directors as the “Security Director” under the National Security Agreement among Sprint, SoftBank, the Department of Justice, the Department of Homeland Security, and the Department of Defense. Admiral Mullen served as the 17th Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff from October 2007 until his retirement in September 2011. Previously, Admiral Mullen served as the 28th Chief of Naval Operations (“CNO”) from July 2005 to 2007. CNO was one of four different four-star assignments Admiral Mullen held, including Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Europe and Commander, Allied Joint Force Command, and the 32nd Vice Chief of Naval Operations. Since 2012, he has served as President of MGM Consulting LLC and is the Charles and Marie Robertson Visiting Professor at the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University. He also sits on the Board of the Bloomberg Family Foundation.

Sara Tucker

Ms. Sara Martinez Tucker was Independent Director of Sprint Corporation, since September 2, 2013. Ms. Tucker served as Chief Executive Officer and President at National Math and Science Initiative, Inc. from March 2013 until February 2015. Ms. Tucker served as the Under Secretary of the U.S. Department of Education from 2006 to December 2008. Her responsibilities included overseeing policies, programs and activities related to postsecondary education, vocational and adult education, and federal student aid. Ms. Tucker served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of the Hispanic Scholarship Fund from 1997 to 2006. Previously, she worked for 16 years at AT&T and served as Regional Vice President of its Global Business Communications Systems. She has been a Trustee of University of Notre Dame since June 2009, and a member of the University of Texas System Board of Regents since May 2015.
