Name Description

David Richards

Mr. David James Richards is reappointed as Interim Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Wandisco PLC. He is CEO, President and co-founder of WANdisco and has quickly established WANdisco as one of the world’s most promising technology companies. Since co-founding the Company in Silicon Valley in 2005, David has led WANdisco on a course for rapid international expansion, opening offices in the UK, Japan and China. David spearheaded the acquisition of AltoStor, which accelerated the development of WANdisco’s first products for the Big Data market. With over 15 years’ executive experience in the software industry, David sits on a number of advisory and executive boards of Silicon Valley start-up ventures. A passionate advocate of entrepreneurship, he has established many successful start-up companies in enterprise software and is recognised as an industry leader in enterprise application integration and its standards. David is also a non-executive director and interim non-executive chairman of 1Spatial plc. David is a frequent commentator on a range of business and technology issues, appearing regularly on Bloomberg and CNBC.

Erik Miller

Mr. Erik Edwin Miller is Chief Financial Officer, Director of the Company. Mr. Miller has held a number of senior financial positions, most recently serving between 2010 and 2016 as Chief Financial Officer of Envivio, Inc. - a NASDAQ listed, multinational software-based video processing company. During his tenure, Envivio tripled revenues and successfully listed on NASDAQ in 2012. Envivio was purchased by Ericsson AB in October 2015. Other notable roles include serving between 2008 and 2010 as Chief Financial Officer of SigNav Pty. Ltd, a multinational developer of GPS-based timing solutions for the telecommunications industry based in Sydney, Australia, and serving between 1994 and 2000 as Chief Financial Officer of Meridian Data, Inc., a developer of network attached storage solutions, a NASDAQ listed company. Mr. Miller's international business experience has also brought him to the UK, notably between 2003 and 2005 where he served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at BlueArc Corporation: a multinational developer of enterprise Network Attached Storage systems, based in Bracknell, UK and San Jose, California.

Yeturu Aahlad

Dr. Yeturu Aahlad is the Director of Wandisco PLC. Dr. Aahlad holds three patents on distributed computing. It was Dr. Aahlad’s vision and persistence that led to the invention of technology that many thought was impossible – that of active-active replication (WANdisco’s patent pending DConE technology). Prior to WANdisco, Dr. Aahlad served as the distributed systems architect for iPlanet (Sun Microsystems/Netscape Alliance) Application Server. At Sun Microsystems/Netscape, Dr. Aahlad joined the team in charge of creating a new server platform based on the CORBA distributed object framework. Prior to Sun Microsystems/Netscape, Dr. Aahlad worked on incorporating the CORBA security service into Fujitsu’s Object Request Broker. Dr. Aahlad designed and implemented the CORBA event services while working on Sun Microsystem’s first CORBA initiative. Earlier in his career, Dr. Aahlad worked on a distributed programming language at IBM’s Palo Alto Scientific Center. Dr. Aahlad has a Ph.D in distributed computing from the University of Texas, Austin and a BS in Electrical Engineering from IIT Madras.

William Dollens

Mr. William Grant Dollens is the Non-Executive Director of the Company. Mr Dollens is currently Managing Member at Global Frontier Investments, LLC, a US-based investment manager, and Portfolio Manager for Global Frontier Partners, LP, a shareholder in WANdisco. Prior to founding Global Frontier Investments, Mr Dollens has worked for Ayer Capital Management, BA Venture Partners and Deutsche Bank. Mr Dollens also holds a Masters in Business Administration with majors in analytical finance, management & strategy, and accounting from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a BSE, biomedical engineering, from Duke University.

Karl Monaghan

Mr. Karl Upton Monaghan is the Non-Executive Director of the Company. Mr Monaghan is currently Managing Partner at Ashling Capital LLP, which he founded in December 2002, to provide consultancy services to both quoted and private companies. Prior to founding Ashling Capital, Mr Monaghan has worked in Corporate Finance for Robert W Baird, Credit Lyonnais Securities, Bank of Ireland, Johnson Fry and BDO Stoy Hayward. Additionally, he trained as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG in Dublin and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin. Mr Monaghan brings a wealth of capital markets and board experience and is currently a Non-executive Director of AIM companies CareTech Holdings plc and Sabien Technology Group plc.
