NEW YORK (Reuters) - Shares of Arena Pharmaceuticals Inc fell 17.7 percent to $4.04 in premarket trading on Friday, after it said that its experimental obesity drug met the goals of a second late-stage study but fell short of a U.S. Food and Drug Administration guideline.
