JAKARTA, June 16 (Reuters) - Indonesian lender PT Bank Permata Tbk has raised $100 million from its 12-year subordinated medium term notes (MTN) to strengthen its capital, the bank said in a statement on Tuesday. The bank said Standard Chartered Bank and Astra International Tbk were the main buyers of the medium-term notes.
