BANGKOK, Dec 2 (Reuters) - A Thai court on Wednesday lifted the suspension of some activity at Map Ta Phut industrial estate, the world's eighth-biggest petrochemicals hub, imposed in September because of environmental concerns.

Australia's Bluescope to boost Indonesia capacity
