Republic Airways says still working to shed Frontier unit
April 30 - Republic Airways Holdings said on Tuesday it still plans to shed its Frontier unit by June or July, depending on whether a sales agreement is reached.

(The following statement was released by the rating agency) CHICAGO, March 28 (Fitch) Fitch Ratings has assigned a 'BB+' rating to Frontier Communications Corporation's (Frontier) (NYSE: FTR) offering of $750 million of 7 5/8% senior unsecured debt due in 2024. Net proceeds from the offering, combined with existing cash on the balance sheet, are expected to be used to repay existing debt. Frontier's Issuer Default Rating (IDR) is 'BB+' and the Rating Outlook is Negative. KEY RATING DRIVERS
