Lithuania to spin off gas grid, force Gazprom, E.ON to sell out

OSLO, March 7 - Lithuanian gas utility Lietuvos Dujos said it would spin off its gas transport arm by end-July and that EU rules would force Gazprom and E.ON Ruhrgas to sell their stakes in the new firm.

Lithuania's Russian-backed utility complains to EU over gas law

VILNIUS, Dec 7 - Lithuania's partly Russian-owned gas utility has complained to Brussels over a law, aimed at cutting the country's reliance on pipeline gas from Russia, that would make the company buy some supply from a liquefied natural gas terminal.
