COPENHAGEN - The foundation that controls Danish oil and shipping group A.P. Moller-Maersk is to transfer its stake in the business to a new holding company to boost the group's financial flexibility.
COPENHAGEN/OSLO, Dec 5 - North Sea oil and gas producers have cut some production and moved staff from a limited number of platforms to shore because of a major storm, the companies said on Thursday.
