Bouygues to sign $2.3 bln PPP contract with Reunion

LONDON/PARIS, Dec 2 (Reuters) - Bouygues is to sign on Wednesday its contract for a rail project in the French Indian ocean island of La Reunion, whose local authority had threatened to cancel if the French government did not provide more funds.
