LONDON (Reuters) - British oil explorer Heritage Oil agreed to sell its Ugandan interests to Italian Eni for up to $1.5 billion (902,000 pounds), enabling Heritage to back out of a planned Kurdish tie-up which Iraqi political disputes made increasingly unattractive.
