Paul Kennedy

Mr. Paul Michael Kennedy is Group Chief Financial Officer of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited., since May 8, 2013. He will head the Finance Division and assume full responsibility for the financial and treasury functions of the HKEx group. He has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has spent most of his career in Asia, including over 15 years as a financial services partner with KPMG both in Hong Kong and as Managing Partner of KPMG’s Shanghai office from 2000 until 2005. From 2006 until 2010, Mr. Kennedy served as Chief Operating Officer of the Securities and Futures Commission and subsequently worked as a Managing Director within HSBC Hong Kong’s Global Banking Division. Most recently, since November 2012, Mr. Kennedy has been serving as a Special Adviser to HKEx’s Chief Executive with a focus on financial matters, including the integration of London Metal Exchange. Mr. Kennedy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Financial Administration from the University of Bangor in the United Kingdom. Garry Jones

Mr. Jones has been a member of the board of directors of the Qatar Exchange, LCH, Clearnet Group Limited and the Federation of European Securities Exchanges. He was a founder member of the Futures and Options Association’s European Industry Council and was a member of the senior level Practitioner Panel that advised The Financial Services Authority on new policy initiatives under the UK’s former regulatory regime. Mr. Jones holds Bachelor and Master of Arts degrees in Geology from Oxford University in the UK and a Master of Business Administration degree from Stanford University in the United States.

Kwok Keung Lee

Mr. Kwok Keung Lee serves as Chief Executive - SEHK and HKFE of the Company. The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“SEHK”) and Hong Kong Futures Exchange Limited (“HKFE”), both being HKEX’s direct wholly-owned subsidiaries. Mr Lamba, HKEX’s Co-head of Market Development, remains as a director of both SEHK and HKFE. was Head - Markets of the Company. He joined SEHK in 1997 and has been HKEX’s Head of Markets since January 2016. As the Head of Markets, Mr Lee is responsible for the cash and derivatives trading, market data, and market surveillance and monitoring functions. Mr Lee holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Hong Kong, and is a fellow of CPA Australia.

Trevor Spanner

Mr. Trevor William Spanner has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited., with effect from January 1, 2016. He is no longer Head - Global Clearing, Europe of the Company with effect from January 1, 2016. In his new role, Mr. Spanner will lead a new division, Platform Development - to oversee and execute the Group’s major platform projects. He has been LME Clear’s Chief Executive since February 2013. Mr. Spanner joined The London Metal Exchange (“LME”) as Head of Post Trade Services in November 2011. Prior to joining the LME, he had worked in EuroCCP, the European clearing subsidiary of the DTCC, where he played a leading part in the development and launch of the clearing house, and as the chief operating officer, he was responsible for its day-to-day business operation. Prior to joining EuroCCP, he held senior management positions at Merrill Lynch, UBS and Deutsche Bank and was responsible for delivery of global clearing and settlement services for equities, FX, securities and exchange traded derivatives. Mr. Spanner holds a BA (Hons)degree from the University of Kent. He is also a Chartered Accountant.

Chi Kin Tai

Mr. Tai Chi Kin, is Head - Clearing of the Company. He was Head - Global Clearing, Asia of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited effective 1 April 2014. Mr. Tai joined Hong Kong Futures Exchange Limited (“HKFE”) in 1998 as Head of Products. Since HKFE’s merger with The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited under HKEx in 2000, Mr Tai has been involved in products and markets. He was appointed Co-head of the EFIC Business in 2013, after serving as Head of Derivatives Market Development and Operations until 2010 and Head of Trading Division from 2010 to 2013. Prior to joining HKFE, Mr Tai worked in the banking industry for more than 10 years and held various management positions in ABN-Amro Bank N.V., HSBC and Royal Bank of Canada. Mr. Tai holds a Bachelor degree from the University of Hong Kong.

Kam Shing Mau
