Name Description

Xinli Zhu

Mr. Zhu Xinli is Executive Chairman of the Board of China Huiyuan Juice Group Limited. He resigned as President of the Company effective July 15, 2013. With over 20 years' experience in juice and beverage industry, he is primarily responsible for Group's overall strategic planning and business management. He has pursued CEO courses in China Europe International Business School, Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business and Stanford College. He has been engaged as a visiting professor by China Agricultural University, Nankai University and the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences since 2001. He has more than 30 years' experience in enterprise operation and management. Before founding Company's Group in 1992, he had worked as the deputy director of the foreign economic and trade department of Yiyuan County, Shandong Province. He is an executive deputy chairman of the board of the Association of Chinese Beverage Industry and the deputy director of its Juice Division. He was appointed as the chairman of the Broad and a director of the Company in September 2006.

Hongli Yu

Ms. Yu Hongli has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of China Huiyuan Juice Group Ltd., with effect from 1 October 2014. She has more than 20 years of experience in professional management and juice and beverage production, sales and marketing management. Since joining Huiyuan in 2000, Ms. Yu has held various positions in group during the past 14 years, including the director of the general office, the vice president of the human resource department, the vice president of the production center, the general manager of the beverage business division and executive vice president of the Company.

Wennan Wu

Ms. Wu Wennan has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of China Huiyuan Juice Group Limited., with effect from 7 July 2014. She has more than twenty years of experience in financial management. Prior to her appointment, Ms. Wu has worked consecutively as the investor relations officer, senior financial controller and chief financial officer of China Mengniu Dairy Company Limited since November 2012. Between 2006 and 2011, Ms. Wu worked as the financial controller and vice-president of finance of AirMedia Group Inc., a NASDAQ listed company. Before that, Ms. Wu worked in a listed company in Hong Kong, an A-share listed company in China and a CPA firm in Hong Kong and held various positions such as financial controller and auditor.

Xianguo Cui

Mr. Cui Xianguo has been appointed as Vice President - Production, Executive Director of China Huiyuan Juice Group Limited., with effect from March 18, 2014. He has 27 years of operational and management experience. Since he joined the Group in May 2002, he has held various managerial positions, including general manager of the Group’s production facilities, sales manager, assistant to the President and vice president of the Company. In addition, Mr. Cui is currently a director of Beijing Huiyuan Group Xianyang Beverage & Food Co., Ltd.,Beijing Huiyuan Group Kaifeng Co., Ltd.,Jiangsu Huiyuan Food & Beverage Co., Ltd. and XuRiSheng (Hengshui) Beverage Co., Ltd., all of which are an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. Mr. Cui graduated from Shandong University in 1986.

Yanxiang Gao

Mr. Gao Yanxiang is Vice President of China Huiyuan Juice Group Ltd. He is in charge of R&D. He holds a Ph.D. degree in food science and engineering. Before joining the Group in 2000, he was an associate professor in Tianjin University of Science and Technology and was engaged in teaching and research. He had worked as a manager in beverage companies for 3 years. He is also a member of the Technology Committee of China Beverage Industry Association and the Technology Committee of International Federation of Fruit Juice Producers. He was awarded as “An Excellent Scientist for 2003” by China Beverage Industry Association in 2003.

Hongfeng Ren

Ms. Ren Hongfeng is Vice President of China Huiyuan Juice Group Ltd. She is fully in charge of the children nutrition drink department and concurrently in charge of the international business. She joined the Company in 1992 and has held various positions, including the Group’s international business controller, the procurement controller and the general manager of the Hubei sales area. She has 10 years’ experience in international trade and 5 years’ experience in juice and beverage production, sales and marketing management. She is a member of the 10th CPPCC Committee of Hubei.

Hongwei Zhou

Mr. Zhou Hongwei is Vice President of China Huiyuan Juice Group Ltd. He is in charge of the daily work of the operation team, as well as the production and sales coordination, costs management and funds management affairs. He joined the Company in 1997 and has held various positions, including the fi nancial manager and general manager of Beijing Huiyuan Group Kaifeng Co., Ltd.. the general manager of Henan region and Huazhong region, the chief production offi cer, fi nancial controller, assistant to the president of the Group. He has experience in production, sales and financial management.

Shengqin Zhu

Ms. Zhu Shengqin has been appointed as Vice President, Executive Director of China Huiyuan Juice Group Ltd., with effect from 29 August 2014. She is currently vice president of the Company, being in charge of the office of the Board, investment and finance division, strategy development division and internal control and compliance matters. Since joining the Group in 1996, she has held various positions, including marketing manager, vice general manager of the investment division, director of the office of the Board, leader of operation teams, and a vice president of the Company. Ms. Zhu has led the Company in various significant capital market transactions such as issue of new shares, acquisition of upstream businesses, introduction of strategic investors and listing of the Company. Ms. Zhu also has extensive experience in corporate operation, brand marketing and production management.

Jinlin Zhao

Mr. Zhao Jinlin is Party Committee Secretary of China Huiyuan Juice Group Ltd. He is in charge of administration. Before joining the Company in 1998, he had served in the People’s Liberation Army for more than 25 years. He has over 10 years’ experience in human resources, crisis public relationship and corporate culture management.

Ming Wai Mok

Ms. Mok Ming Wai serves as Company Secretary of China Huiyuan Juice Group Ltd since December 31, 2013. She is a director of KCS Hong Kong Limited. She has over 15 years of professional and in house experience in the company secretarial field. She is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in the United Kingdom.

Andrew Yan

Mr. Andrew Y. Yan is Non-Executive Director of China Huiyuan Juice Group Ltd., since July 2010. He is currently the Managing Partner of SAIF Partners. Prior to joining SAIF Partners, he was the Managing Director and Head of Hong Kong office of Emerging Markets Partnership, responsible for investment in Northeast Asia and Greater China from 1994 to 2001. From 1993 to 1994, he worked at Sprint International Corporation as the Director of Strategic Planning and Business Development for the Asia Pacifi c Region. From 1990 to 1993, he worked in the World Bank and the Hudson Institute as an Economist and Research Fellow respectively in Washington, DC. From 1982 to 1984, he was the Chief Engineer at the Jianghuai Airplane Corp.. Mr. Yan received a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Nanjing Aeronautic Institute in 1982. He studied in the Master Program in Department of Sociology of Peking University from 1984 to 1986 and received a Master of Arts’ degree from Princeton University in International Political Economy in 1989. Currently, Mr. Yan is also an independent non-executive director of China Resources Land Limited; non-executive director of Digital China Holdings Limited, MOBI Development Co., Ltd., NVC Lighting Holding Limited, Fosun International Ltd. and eSun Holdings Limited, all of which are listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. He is also an independent director of Giant Interactive Group Inc.,; director of Acorn International Inc., ATA Inc. and Eternal Asia Supply China Management Ltd. He was a director of Global Education & Technology Group Limited from Mar 2007 to Dec 2011; a director of China Digital TV Holding Co. Ltd., from May 2004 to September 2008; an independent non-executive director of China Oilfi eld Services Limited from September 2002 to June 2009 and an independent non-executive director of Stone Group Holdings Limited from June 2001 to November 2009, the shares of which were withdrawn from listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in November 2009.

Man Kit Leung

Mr. Leung Man Kit Michaelhas been appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director of China Huiyuan Juice Group Ltd., with effect from June 29, 2012. He obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science from the University of Hong Kong in 1977. Mr. Leung has over 30 years of experience in project finance and corporate finance. Mr. Leung held senior positions with Peregrine Capital (China) Limited, SG Securities (HK) Limited (previously known as Crosby Securities (Hong Kong) Limited), Swiss Bank Corporation, Hong Kong Branch, and Optima Capital Limited (previously known as Ke Capital (Hong Kong) Limited). Mr. Leung was a director of Emerging Markets Partnership (Hong Kong) Limited which was the principal adviser to the AIG Infrastructure Fund L.P. Mr. Leung has been a Responsible Officer licensed with the Securities and Futures Commission on the regulated activities of Type 6 since December 2004. Mr. Leung was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Chanceton Capital Partners Limited in March 2011 and was nominated an Executive Director of Chanceton Financial Group Limited (8020), a company listed on the GEM Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 21 September 2011. Mr. Leung is also a member and the chairman of the remuneration committee and an audit committee member of Junefield Department Store Group Limited, a member of the nomination committee of China Ting Group Holdings Limited, the chairman of the audit committee and a member of the human resources and remuneration committee of Anhui Expressway Company Limited, and the chairman of the audit committee and a member of remuneration committee and nomination committee of Orange Sky Golden Harvest Entertainment (Holdings) Limited.

Quanhou Song

Mr. Song Quanhou is Independent Non-Executive Director of the Board of China Huiyuan Juice Group Ltd. He holds a Master degree in food engineering from the former China National Academy of Light Industry and Science. He is a professor-grade senior engineer. He currently acts as a Deputy Director of China National Research Institute of Food and Fermentation Industries (CNRIFFI). He has been actively involved in preparing, implementing and enforcing various nationwide food and beverage quality control and testing standards since 1995 and has knowledge and experience in China’s food and beverage industry. He has also been actively involved in or responsible for various research projects in food and beverage quality control and testing sponsored by the PRC government, international organizations or enterprises. He was appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Company in January 2007.

Chen Zhao

Mr. Zhao Chen has been appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director of China Huiyuan Juice Group Ltd., with effect from June 29, 2012. He graduated from History Faculty in Peking University and received a MPA from the School of Government of Peking University. He is now acting as the Vice Premier of China Association of Policy and Science of the State Council, Deputy Director of Contemporary Corporate Culture Research Institute of Peking University, Vice Chairman of Arts Work Committee of China Radio and Television Association, Vice President of the State Innovation Promotion Committee and a member of the Economic Committee of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang. In 2006, he was named as one of the “Top Ten Management Talents in the PRC”, and was awarded Human Resources Talent in 2006. He was named in 2007 as one of the “Top Ten Talents of Education in the PRC”, and was named the “Man of the 30 Years of PRC Reformation” and was recorded in the Who’s Who in 2008.

Yali Zhao

Ms. Zhao Yali is Independent Non-Executive Director of the Board of China Huiyuan Juice Group Ltd. She holds a Bachelor degree from Tianjin Light Industry College and is a professor-grade senior engineer. She is the head and executive committee member of China Light Industry Federation. Her current titles in various associations include the chairman of China Beverage Industry Association and the chairman of its juice sub-committee, the member of Examination Committee on National Standards of Food Safety Examination Committee and the chairman of Technical Committee 472 on Beverage of Standardization Administration of China. In addition, she was an independent director of Guotou Zhonglu Juice Corporation, a company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. She was appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Company in September 2006.
