Man Tak Lau

 Mr. Lau Man Tak, CPA, is Executive Chairman of the Board, Compliance Officer of Aurum Pacific (China) Group. since June 1, 2012. He holds a bachelor degree in Accountancy from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He has more than 15 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting and auditing. He is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the United Kingdom, an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the Hong Kong Securities Institute. As at the date of this announcement, Mr. Lau is an executive director and chief financial officer of China Grand Forestry Green Resources Group Limited (stock code: 910) and an independent non-executive director of AMCO United Holdings Limited (stock code: 630), Climax International Company Limited (stock code: 439), Kingston Financial Group Limited (stock code: 1031) and Kong Sun Holdings Limited (stock code: 295). Mr. Lau was also an executive director of Warderly International Holdings Limited (Stock code: 607) from December 2007 to January 2010.

Wai Ming Mo

 Mr. Mo Wai Ming has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director of Aurum Pacific (China) Group Ltd., effective December 31, 2012. He, prior to founding of KanHan Technologies Limited, i.e. the Target Company under the Acquisition in 1999, Mr. Mo was the Managing Director of the Hong Kong branch of a Taiwan based software technology company, DynaLab Inc. which was engaged in the development and sales of solutions on local language computing for Chinese, Japanese and Korean (CJK) for electronic and Internet publishing. Mr. Mo holds a degree in computer science from the University of Toronto, Canada and has over 10 years experience in the development and sales of solutions on local language computing for Asian languages and for electronic and internet publishing. Mr. Mo was an executive director of China Digital Licensing (Group) Limited resigned in January 2009. Mr. Mo is also a director of the Target Company and subsidiaries of the Target Group.

Chi Yan Wong

 Ms. Wong Chi Yan is Company Secretary of Aurum Pacific (China) Group Limited. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Hong Kong Baptist University and is an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She has experiences in auditing.

Tik Yuen Chan

 Mr. Chan Tik Yuen has been appointed as Non-Executive Director of Aurum Pacific (China) Group Ltd., effective February 26, 2013. Mr. Chan, is currently the chief executive officer of a technology firm called Pulse Mediatech Limited (‘‘PMT’’) and is responsible for the overall strategy planning, business and product development. Mr. Chan holds a Bachelor’s degree of Science and Business Administration from the University of North Carolina (Charlotte) in the United Stated. He has experience in the research and development of industrial automation systems, online advertising and content distribution solutions and has received numerous awards for his achievement. Under his leadership, PMT was accredited and granted awards by both local and international organizations namely 2011 Hong Kong ICT Awards — Best Business Grand Award and Gold Award, the 2011 Asia Pacific ICT Alliance Awards and the 2012 World Summit Awards — mobile content. In 2008, Mr. Chan is also awarded the 12th Innovative Entrepreneur Award in his own capacity. Mr. Chan is also a holder of US Patents in the area of textile machinery.

Wai Fat Chan

 Mr. Chan Wai Fat is Independent Non-Executive Director of Aurum Pacific (China) Group Ltd since 14 July 2008. Mr. Chan is currently a Senior Vice President of a securities house in Hong Kong. Mr. Chan holds a bachelor degree of commerce from The University of Western Australia and a master degree of business administration from Deakin University, Australia. He has years of experience in compliance, accounting and financial management in securities industry and has worked for international accounting firms and listed company in Hong Kong. He is a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a Certified Practising Accountant of CPA Australia.

Chi Hung Chi

 Mr. Chi Chi Hung is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Aurum Pacific (China) Group Ltd since 8 March 2010. Mr. Chi has over 19 years of experience in accounting and financial control area. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and is a fellow member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the United Kingdom, an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries and an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in the United Kingdom.
