Jean-Francois Fourt

 Mr. Jean-Francois Fourt has been Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer at Auplata SA since June 29, 2012. He is Founder and Chairman of OSEAD. He is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Truffle Capital. He is also the Founder and Chairman of Innovative Trade Resources. He holds an MBA from the State University of San Francisco, an Engineering degree from the Ecole Nationale Superieure de Chimie de Toulouse and a Masters in Biochemistry from the Institut National Polytechnique de Toulouse. He holds a number of other positions including Director of 2-B Energy, Acerde, Actility and NG2.

Didier Tamagno

 Mr. Didier Tamagno has served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Auplata SA since June 29, 2012. He holds an Engineering degree from Institut Superieur de Mecanique de Paris (SUPMECA). He started his career as an Engineer at ECA. In 1998, he became the Industrial Director of Polymatic Industrie. Between 2006 and 2007 he was the Chairman of Bema Industrie.

Vesna Garic

 Ms. Vesna Garic serves as Administrative and Finance Director of Auplata SA as of February 2010. She joined the Company in October 2009. She holds a Masters degree in Management from Universite Paris IX-Dauphine and a postgraduate degree (DESS) in International Business from Universite Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne. She started her career in 1994 at ARCIS Finance as Financial Analyst. In 1998 she joined Aurel Leven and in 2001 she joined Avenir Finance Corporate as Private Equity Director. She participated in the launch of an art gallery in Singapore specializing in contemporary Chinese art.

Christian Queyroix

 Mr. Christian Queyroix serves as Technical Advisor at Auplata SA. He previously worked for Gecamines, as Deputy Technical Director and Director. Mr. Queyroix founded two companies during his career: SOFIMINES and PARMINES, and has experience in the mining industry, having conducted several missions as knowledgeable Consultant. He is also the author of many publications.

Paul-Emmanuel de Becker Remy

 Mr. Mohamed Lazaar has been a Director of Auplata SA since January 2013. He is an Engineering graduate of Ecole Nationale Superieure des Mines de Paris and currently serves as Managing Director of Compagnie Miniere de Toussit (CMT). He started his career within the Mining Shareholding and Research Office of Morroco and then joined managing company, Managem, as Managing Director. Prior to working from CMT, Mr. Lazaar was the Managing Director of Cosumar, a sugar cane and beet extraction and refining company.

Dominique Michel

 Mr. Dominique Michel has been a Director of Auplata since June 12, 2012. He previously serves as Chairman of Doris, Doris Developpement Canada, Oceanide and from 2005 until 2008, Osead SAS. He was also Chairman of GEP (Groupement des Entreprises Petrolieres et parapetrolieres) from 2005 until 2009. He is currently Chairman of AFTP (Association des Techniciens du Petrole). He is also Vice Chairman of Dietswell and Chairman of NG. He is a Knight of the French Legion d’Honneur and has spent most of his career at Doris, where he worked in the offshore oilfield sector.
