Name Description

H. Eugene Lockhart

Mr. H. Eugene Lockhart, CPA has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Asset Acceptance Capital Corp., effective August 28, 2012. Since May 2011, Mr. Lockhart has served as Senior Advisor to Berenson & Company LLC, an independent financial advisory and investment management firm, and as managing partner of LB Capital, an investment management firm Mr. Lockhart owns with Berenson & Company. Since May 2005, Mr. Lockhart has been a Partner in Diamond Castle Holdings, LLC, an independent private equity investment fund based in New York, New York. Since January 2002, Mr. Lockhart has been a Venture Partner for Oak Investment Partners, a venture capital investment firm. Mr. Lockhart served at AT&T Corporation as President of Consumer Services from July 1999 until February 2000 and as President and Chief Marketing Officer from February 1999 until June 1999. From April 1997 until October 1998, Mr. Lockhart served as President, Global Retail, of Bank of America Corporation, a financial services firm, and from January 1994 until April 1997, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of MasterCard International, Inc., a credit card company. Mr. Lockhart is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Lockhart also serves as a Director of RadioShack Corporation (NYSE: RSH), and Huron Consulting Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: HURN). Mr. Lockhart is Chair of the Thomas Jefferson Foundation at Monticello. In prior years, Mr. Lockhart also served as the Chair of the Darden Foundation at the University of Virginia, as well as the Chair of the University of Virginia Board of Managers.

Mr. Rion B. Needs is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Asset Acceptance Capital Corporation. Prior to joining Asset Acceptance Capital Corp. in July 2007 as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Needs held executive positions at American Express, most recently as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Purchasing Services. Reid Simpson

Mr. Reid E. Simpson is Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President - Finance, Treasurer, Assistant Secretary of Asset Acceptance Capital Corporation. Mr. Simpson served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Aircell LLC, a provider of in-flight mobile broadband services to the commercial and business aviation industries in the United States. Prior to joining Aircell, Mr. Simpson served as Chief Financial Officer of eCollege from 2004 to 2007. Mr. Simpson is currently a board member of Datamark Inc., a provider of enrollment marketing services to the higher education market. Mr. Simpson has over 25 years of experience in finance roles including other Chief Financial Officer positions.

Deborah Everly

Ms. Deborah L. Everly is Senior Vice President, Chief Acquisitions Officer of Asset Acceptance Capital Corporation. She joined the Company in 1995. Ms. Everly was named Director of Marketing and Acquisitions and promoted to Assistant Vice President in 1997. In 1998, she was promoted to Vice President-Marketing and Acquisitions and in 2007 she was promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Acquisitions Officer. Ms. Everly has been in the accounts receivable management industry since 1991.

Todd Langusch

Mr. Todd C. Langusch is Vice President, Chief Information Officer of Asset Acceptance Capital Corporation. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Tech Lock, Inc. from 2008 to 2010. Tech Lock provides technology consulting services to clients in the debt collection industry and others. Prior to Tech Lock, Mr. Langusch served as a senior director of information technology and information security at Sallie Mae from 2004 to 2008. Prior to joining Sallie Mae, Mr. Langusch served as a senior manager of information technology for MCI from 2001 to 2003. MCI is a provider of advanced communications services for business, government and international organizations. Mr. Langusch is a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association and an ACA International Certified Instructor. Mr. Langusch has over 20 years of experience in privacy, information security, and information technology.

Edwin Herbert

Mr. Edwin L. Herbert is Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary of Asset Acceptance Capital Corporation. He joined the Company in September 2006 as Vice President and General Counsel and was appointed Secretary during 2009. Mr. Herbert previously served as an equity partner at Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, in Toledo, Ohio, where he practiced law as a member of the firm’s financial institutions practice group from 2004 to 2006. Prior to joining Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, Mr. Herbert practiced law with Werner & Blank, LLC, from 1998 to 2004, and was a partner with that firm beginning in January 2000. Mr. Herbert was Executive Vice President and General Counsel of ValliCorp Holdings, Inc., Fresno, California from 1994 to 1997, and Executive Vice President and General Counsel of CFX Corporation, Keene, New Hampshire from 1997 to 1998. Mr. Herbert is a member of the American Bar Association, and a member of the California, Michigan and Ohio bars.

Deanna Hatmaker

Ms. Deanna S. Hatmaker is Vice President - Human Resources and Corporate Communications of Asset Acceptance Capital Corporation. She previously served as the Director and Human Resources Officer in the Michigan Administrative Information Services (“MAIS”) business unit at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan from 2003 to 2005. Prior to joining MAIS, Ms. Hatmaker also served as Vice President – Human Resources and as a member of the senior management committee with H&R Block Financial Advisors, Detroit, Michigan. Ms. Hatmaker has been in the financial services industry for over 20 years.

Darin Herring

Mr. Darin B. Herring is Vice President - Legal Collections of Asset Acceptance Capital Corporation. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Herring held various positions at American Express since 1988, most recently as Vice President, Global Commercial Card & Services. Mr. Herring’s prior positions at American Express included Vice President and Regional Leader—Global Reengineering/Six Sigma, and Director—Global Reengineering/Six Sigma. His background in other business units at American Express included consumer card operations, finance operations and strategic enablement services.

Nathaniel Bradley

Mr. Nathaniel F. Bradley, IV, serves as Director of Asset Acceptance Capital Corp. He resigned as Chairman of the Board of the Company, effective August 28, 2012. Prior to that he served as the Chairman of the company. He joined company's predecessor, Lee Acceptance Company, in 1979 and co-founded Asset Acceptance Corp. in 1994. Mr. Bradley served as Vice President of company's predecessor from 1982 until 1994 and was promoted to President of Asset Acceptance Corp. in 1994. He was named Chief Executive Officer in June 2003. He became Chairman of the Board in March 2006. Mr. Bradley served as President and Chief Executive Officer until his retirement effective January 1, 2009.

Mr. Wilkins is also a member of the board of directors of Global Payments, Inc., a provider of electronic transaction processing solutions.

Jennifer Adams

Ms. Jennifer L. Adams is Independent Director of Asset Acceptance Capital Corporation. In 1991 Ms. Adams joined World Color Press, Inc. as Vice President and General Counsel and remained with World Color Press, Inc. in a number of capacities until 1999, when she left World Color Press as Vice Chairman, Chief Legal and Administrative Officer and Secretary. Prior to joining World Color Press, Inc., Ms. Adams was an associate with the law firm of Latham & Watkins. While in private practice, Ms. Adams represented corporate clients in numerous transactions. While at World Color Press, Ms. Adams oversaw the legal, human resources, environmental, information technology and investor relations functions, numerous acquisitions and debt transactions and the company’s initial public offering.

Donald Haider

Dr. Donald Haider is Independent Director of Asset Acceptance Capital Corporation. Since 1973, Dr. Haider has been a Professor of Management at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management first as an Assistant, then Associate and Professor of Management since 1990. Dr. Haider began his academic career in 1971 as an Assistant Professor at Columbia University. Dr. Haider serves on the Board of Directors of Fender Musical Instruments, Scottsdale, Arizona, and served on the Board of Directors of LaSalle National Bank, N.A., Chicago, Illinois, until its acquisition by Bank of America in October 2007.
