Ronald Allen |
Mr. Ronald W. Allen is Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of Aaron's Inc. Mr. Allen has served as Chairman of the Board since November 2012 and President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since February 2012. Mr. Allen served as interim President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company from November 2011 to February 2012 and has served as a Director of the Company since 1997. He was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Delta Air Lines, Inc., an international air passenger carrier, from 1987 to 1997. He also served as President of Delta from 1983 to 1987 and from 1993 to 1997, and Chief Operating Officer from 1983 to 1997. He currently serves as a Director of The Coca-Cola Company and Aircastle Limited and is Chairman of the Board of Guided Therapeutics, Inc. Mr. Allen also served as a director of Interstate Hotels & Resorts during the past five years. |

Mr. Robert W. Kamerschen is Senior Vice President, General Counsel of Aaron's, Inc. Kamerschen will be responsible for managing all legal and governmental affairs for Aaron's, including employment law, regulatory matters, intellectual property, litigation, vendor relationships, financings, acquisitions, and other general legal matters. Prior to joining Aaron's, Kamerschen served at Equifax since 2008 as the U.S. Chief Counsel, Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer. He was responsible for the management of the U.S. legal function, compliance, and governmental relations. Before that, he served as Vice President of Law and Public Policy at ChoicePoint. Earlier in his career, he was General Counsel to EzGov and practiced law in the Atlanta office of Troutman Sanders LLP. At Troutman Sanders, Kamerschen's practice focused on regulatory law and litigation. Before attending law school, Kamerschen worked on Capitol Hill for U.S. Sen. Richard Shelby (AL) and played minor league baseball in the Philadelphia Phillies organization. He is a graduate of Stanford University and an honors graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law. |
