Sinclair, Charles Mr. Charles Sinclair is Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Associated British Foods PLC. Appointed a director on October 1, 2008 and Chairman on April 21, 2009, he is a non-executive director of SVG Capital plc. He was chief executive of Daily Mail and General Trust plc from 1989 until he retired from that role and the board on 30 September 2008.
Weston, George Mr. George G. Weston is Chief Executive, Executive Director of Associated British Foods PLC. He is a graduate of New College Oxford and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
