He has done his MBA from Cardiff Business School U.K., Post Graduate diploma in Textiles from U.K. and Chartered Textile Engineer (CText ATI) from The Textile Institute in Manchester, U.K. He has 27 years of experience of Finance and Industry. Besides Chairman of Board of Directors of Allied Bank, he is also the Chief Executive Officer of M/s Ibrahim Fibres Limited, Director of M/s Ibrahim Agencies (Pvt.) Limited and Pakistan Business Council and Member Board of Governors of National Management Foundation, the parent body of Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS).

 Mr. Khalid A. Sherwani serves as President, Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director of Allied Bank Ltd.
