Carlos Alves de Brito

 Mr. Carlos Alves de Brito has served as Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Companhia de Bebidas das Americas AmBev since 2006. He also serves as Member of the Operations and Finance Committee of the Company. Within the Company, he acted as Member of the Executive Board, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Executive Officer and Head of North America. He serves as Chief Executive Officer of InBev SA/NV. He joined Brahma in 1989 and has held various management positions during his tenure. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Stanford University.

Victorio Carlos de Marchi

 Mr. Victorio Carlos de Marchi serves as Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Companhia de Bebidas das Americas AmBev. He also serves as Chairman of the Operations and Finance Committee and of the Compliance Committee of the Company.  Mr. Vinicius Guimaraes Barbosa serves as Chief Logistics Officer and Member of the Executive Board of Companhia de Bebidas das Americas AmBev. In the last five years, he has held a number of positions within both the Company and A-B InBev, such as Regional Officer in Brazil (states of Rio de Janeiro and Minas Gerais), Logistics Officer in Canada and Vice-Chief Global Operations and Logistics Officer.
