Jaime Augusto Zobel de Ayala

Mr. Jaime Augusto Zobel de Ayala has been Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Ayala Corporation since April 2006. He has served as a Director since May 1987. He holds the following positions in publicly listed companies: Chairman of Globe Telecom, Inc., Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc. and Bank of the Philippine Islands; and Vice Chairman of Ayala Land, Inc. and Manila Water Company, Inc. He is also the Chairman of Ayala Education, Ayala Retirement Fund Holdings, Inc., and Asiacom Philippines, Inc.; Co-Chairman of Ayala Foundation, Inc. and Ayala Group Club, Inc.; Director of Alabang Commercial Corporation, Ayala International Pte. Jose Rene Almendras

Mr. Jose Rene Gregory D. Almendras has served as Managing Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of AC Infrastructure Holdings Corporation and Member of the Management Committee of Ayala Corporation since August 1, 2016. Before that, he had been Managing Director and President of Manila Water Company Inc since January 2007 and retired on June 29, 2010. He responded to the call of government service and joined the Cabinet of the Aquino government. He was previously connected with Ayala Land, Inc. as a member of the Management Committee and concurrently Head of the Visayas Mindanao Business and Operations Transformation Group. He was President and CEO of Cebu Holdings, Inc. and Cebu Property Ventures and Development Corp., both publicly listed companies managed by the Ayala Land Group. He served as Chairman of the Ayala Land Group Bidding Committee and head of its Strategic Procurement Division. Prior to joining the Ayala Group, Mr. Almendras served as Treasurer for both Aboitiz & Company, and the publicly listed Aboitiz Equity Ventures. While at the Aboitiz Group, he was appointed President and CEO of City Savings Bank, also owned by the Aboitiz Group. He also worked in various capacities with Citytrust Banking Corporation, Citibank, and the Bank of the Philippine Islands. Paolo Maximo Borromeo

Mr. Paolo Maximo F. Borromeo has been a Managing Director of Ayala Corporation since January 1, 2016. He has also been its Group Head for Corporate Strategy and Development since September 1, 2014. In his role, he oversees the overall corporate planning process, portfolio strategy, group-wide innovation projects and new business development initiatives. He also leads investor relations, corporate communications, and public policy. In addition, Mr. Borromeo leads Ayala Corporation’s healthcare businesses. Ruel Maranan

Mr. Ruel T. Maranan has been Managing Director, President - Ayala Foundation Inc of Ayala Corporation since March 1, 2015. He has been Managing Director of the Company since January 1, 2015. He was the Group Director of Manila Water Company, Inc. (MWC)’s Corporate Human Resources Group from 2004 to 2014. Before joining MWC, he was part of various organizations such as Globe Telecom, Inc., Vitarich Corporation, and Integrated Farm Management, among others. In MWC, he introduced numerous innovations in human resources management, rallying behind the company’s being the first Filipino company to win the prestigious Asian Human Capital Award in 2011, an award sponsored by the Singapore Ministry of Manpower, CNBC Asia-Pacific, and INSEAD. Through his leadership in human resources, MWC was vested the 2006 Outstanding Employer of the Year by the People Management Association of the Philippines. Mr. Maranan earned his AB Social Sciences degree from the Ateneo de Manila University and his law degree from the University of Santo Tomas. He has also completed the Harvard Leadership Management Program.

John Philip Orbeta

Mr. John Philip S. Orbeta serves as Managing Director, Group Head - Corporate Resources, Chairman and President - Ayala Automotive Holdings Corporation of Ayala Corporation. He is the President and CEO of Ayala Automotive Holdings Corporation and Automobile Central Enterprise, Inc. (Philippine importer of Volkswagen). He is the Chairman and CEO of Honda Cars Makati, Inc., and Isuzu Automotive Dealership, Inc.; Chairman and President of Iconic Dealership, Inc.; and Chairman of Ayala Aviation Corporation and HRMall, Inc./IQBack Office. He also serves as a Director of AG Counselors Corporation, BPI Family Bank, Inc., ALFM Growth Fund, Inc., ALFM Money Market Fund, Inc., ALFM Peso Bond Fund, Inc., ALFM Dollar Bond Fund, Inc., ALFM Euro Bond Fund, Inc. and the Philippine Stock Index Fund Corp. Catherine Ang

Ms. Catherine H. Ang has been Executive Director, Chief Internal Auditor at Ayala Corporation since April 10, 2015. She was appointed Chief Audit Executive in July 2013. She joined the Company in February 2012 as Head for Risk Management and Sustainability Program Director. Currently, she also holds the following positions: Director of Technopark Land, Inc., Audit and Risk Committee Chairperson of IQ BackOffice Holdings, Ltd., Audit and Risk Committee Member of Affinity Express Holdings, Ltd., AC Energy Holdings, Inc., AC Infrastructure Holdings Corporation, Ayala Automotive Holdings Corporation, and Ayala Multi-Purpose Cooperative, Finance Committee Chair of FINEX Foundation, and Scorecard Circle Chair of the Institute of Corporate Directors. Prior to joining Ayala Corporation, she was the Chief Audit Executive of Globe Telecom, Inc. where she started as an Internal Audit Manager in 1996 and rejoined the company in 2000. In 1998, she joined PricewaterhouseCoopers - Singapore as Manager for Operational and Systems Risk Management. She started her career at SGV & Co in 1991 as a financial and IT auditor. She was also the Chair of the Board of Trustees in 2014 and a member of the Board of Directors from 2009 to 2013 of The Institute of Internal Auditors – Philippines. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Directors. She graduated magna cum laude from Saint Louis College in 1991 with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Accounting.

Dodjie Lagazo

Mr. Dodjie D. Lagazo has been Assistant Corporate Secretary at Ayala Corporation since April 10, 2015. He is a Director of Ayala Group Legal and the Head of Legal and Regulatory of Ayala Corporation’s Energy and Infrastructure Group (EIG). He handles various corporate secretarial functions for a number of companies within EIG and the Generika Group of Companies. He was a Division Manager of Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI) from 2007 to 2012. Prior to joining ALI in 2007, he was an Associate at SyCip, Salazar, Hernandez & Gatmaitan Law Offices. He graduated magna cum laude with a degree of Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 1999, and earned a degree in Bachelor of Laws in 2003, both from the University of the Philippines, Diliman.

Xavier Loinaz

Mr. Xavier P. Loinaz has been Independent Director of Ayala Corporation since April 3, 2009. He has been on the Board of Directors since April 2006. He is also an Independent Director of Bank of the Philippine Islands, a publicly listed company. He also holds the following positions: Independent Director of BPI Family Savings Bank, Inc., and BPI/MS Insurance Corporation; Trustee of E. Zobel Foundation; and Chairman of Alay Kapwa Kilusan Pangkalusugan and XPL Manitou Properties, Inc.; and Vice Chairman of XPL MTJL Properties, Inc. He was formerly the President of the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) from 1982 to 2004. He was also the President of Bankers Association of the Philippines from 1989 to 1991. He graduated with an AB Economics degree at Ateneo de Manila University in 1963 and took his MBA-Finance at Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania in 1965.

He is a Senior Vice President of Mitsubishi Corporation and the General Manager of Mitsubishi Corporation-Manila Branch; Chairman of International Elevator & Equipment Inc.; President of MC Diamond Realty Investment Phils., Inc., MC Oranbo Investment, Inc. and Japanese Chamber of Commerce & Industry of the Philippines (JCCIPI); and Director of Isuzu Philippines Corporation, Imasen Philippines Manufacturing Corp., Kepco Ilijan Corporation, Trans World Agro-Products Corp., Philippine Resins Industries, Inc., Portico Land Corporation, and The Japanese Association Manila, Inc.
