Mr. Malon Wilkus is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of American Capital Ltd. Mr. Wilkus founded American Capital in 1986 and has served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors since that time, except for the period from 1997 to 1998 during which he served as Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. He also served as the President from 2001 to 2008 and from 1986 to 1999. In addition, Mr. Wilkus is the President of American Capital, LLC, the fund management portfolio company. He is also Chief Executive Officer and Chair of the Board of Directors of American Capital Agency Corp. and Chief Executive Officer and Chair of the Board of Directors of American Capital Mortgage Investment Corp. |
