Name Description

Pierre Nanterme

 Mr. Pierre Nanterme has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Accenture PLC. Mr. Nanterme currently serves as the company chief executive officer. Prior to assuming this role, Mr. Nanterme held various leadership roles throughout the Company, including serving as group chief executive of the company Financial Services operating group from September 2007 to November 2010, the company chief leadership officer from May 2006 through September 2007, and the company country managing director for France from November 2005 to September 2007. Mr. Nanterme has been appointed to succeed Mr. Green as chairman of the company Board effective February 1, 2013. Mr. Nanterme has been with Accenture for 29 years.

Pamela Craig

 Ms. Pamela J. Craig is no longer Chief Financial Officer of Accenture PLC., effective July 7, 2013. From March 2004 to October 2006, she was Company's senior vice president—Finance. Marjorie Magner
