Robert Harris	Mr. Robert L. Harris, II is Executive Chairman of the Board of Acacia Research Corporation., since January 12, 2012. He has served as a director since April 2000 and as the company President from July 2000 to January 2012. On January 12, 2012, Mr. Harris was appointed Executive Chairman. Mr. Harris previously served as President and a director of Entertainment Properties Trust, a publicly traded entertainment, recreation and specialty real estate company which Mr. Harris founded, from 1997 to July 2000. Mr. Harris led the International Division and served as Senior Vice President of AMC Entertainment, Inc., a publicly traded theatrical exhibition company, from 1993 to 1997, and served as President of Carlton Browne and Company, Inc., a holding company and trust with assets in real estate, insurance and financial services, from 1984 to 1992. Mr. Harris serves as a director of True Religion Apparel, Inc., a publicly traded clothing company.
Matthew Vella	Mr. Matthew Vella has been appointed as President of Acacia Research Corp., effective September 05, 2012. Mr. Vella joined Acacia Research Group in November 2006 as Vice President. He was appointed Senior Vice President in October 2007 and appointed Executive Vice President in October 2011. Mr. Graziadio is President and Chief Executive Officer of Second Southern Corp., the managing partner of Ginarra Partners, L.L.C., a closely-held California company involved in a wide range of investments and business ventures. Mr. Graziadio is also Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Boss Holdings, Inc., a distributor of work and hunting gloves, rainwear, rain boots, industrial apparel, pet products, specialty merchandise, and wireless accessories for electronic and mobile devices.
