Charles Geschke |
Dr. Charles M. Geschke, Ph.D., is Independent Chairman of the Board of Adobe Systems Inc. Dr. Geschke was a founder of Adobe and has served as Company's Chairman of the Board since September 1997, sharing that office with John E. Warnock. He was Company's Chief Operating Officer from December 1986 until July 1994 and Company's President from April 1989 until his retirement in April 2000. Dr. Geschke holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University. |

Dr. John E. Warnock, Ph.D., is Independent Chairman of the Board of Adobe Systems Inc. Dr. Warnock was a founder of Adobe and has been Chairman of the Board since April 1989. Since September 1997, he has shared the position of Chairman with Charles M. Geschke. Dr. Warnock served as Chief Executive Officer from 1982 until December 2000.
