Name Description

James Excell

 Mr. James Excell is Acting Chairman of the Board of Advanced Explorations Inc. Mr. Excell is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Abacus Mining & Exploration Corporation (TSX-V: AME) and has held the position since July 2010. He has more than three decades of operating and project management experience in the mining industry having managed and developed some of the world's premier mining projects in Canada, the United States and Australia, including the Ekati Diamond Mine in the Northwest Territories. He served as past Chairman of BHP Billiton Diamonds Inc. and from 1999 to 2003, he was President and Chief Operating Officer of Ekati Diamond Mine and BHP Billiton Diamonds Inc. In addition to industry experience, he is recognized for fostering goodwill relations with government and aboriginal groups. He also serves as director of the PDAC and on the Aboriginal Affairs Committee of the PDAC.

Bernie Swarbrick

 Mr. Bernie Swarbrick is Acting President of Advanced Explorations Inc. Prior to joining the Management Team of the Company, he was a senior manager within capital projects of a global mining firm, fulfilled similar roles within an EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Management) environment, and oversaw the integration of environmental and social components into engineering. He brings understanding of capital projects from early exploration through to feasibility and execution. He will be a part of developing the Roche Bay Project, as other ongoing efforts such as the Company's Tuktu Project. He brings 23 years of mining and environmental experience to the management team with a working knowledge of port development, logistics, infrastructure, environmental, and community issues. His experience in the Canadian North (Raglan) will be of particular value in the development of the Roche Bay Project and in the Company's discussions with direct stakeholders such as local communities, government agencies and environmental interests groups. In addition, he brings other Canadian and International project experience (Australia, New Caledonia, Chile, and Madagascar).

Louis Nagy

 Mr. Louis R. Nagy is Chief Financial Officer of Advanced Explorations Inc., since December 4, 2007. He is a chartered accountant with over 17 years of professional experience and holds a (Honours) Bachelor Degree of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University. He has held several senior financial positions, CFO and VP Finance roles, in public and private companies, in the mining and exploration, consumer goods and high tech industries. He currently holds the position of CFO in two other junior mining companies listed on the TSX-V.

Gary Williams

 Mr. Gary Williams is Vice President - Environmental of Advanced Explorations Inc. Mr. Williams has practiced in the geoscience industry for 30 years, receiving an Hons. B.Sc. in Geology in 1977 and a M.Sc. in Hydrogeology in 1993. Mr. Williams has been involved in the mining industry since 1977 and has conducted a wide range of exploration programs throughout Canada since that time. His experience has centered on exploration for uranium, precious metals and base metals, focusing on: the Athabasca Basin in Saskatchewan and the Thelon Basin in Nunavut: the Hemlo, Abitibi and Mishibishu greenstone belts as well as a number of smaller belts in northern Ontario, the Izok Lake area in Nunavut. Principal strengths gained through this experience include management of multi-phase projects, project planning, and liaison with government organizations, roles that are a focus of his current duties. He is a member of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario, and is a past member of their Discipline Committee.

Robert Collette

 Mr. Robert Collette is Director of Advanced Explorations Inc. Mr. Collette has 37 year career with the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada (DFAIT), as well as, other federal public service sectors. Mr. Collette's career culminated with his most recent appointment to the Swiss Federal Council with concurrent accreditation to the Principality of Liechtenstein in 2005. His professional career included the following highlights: Seven years as Canada's Ambassador to the Philippines and Switzerland; Two Years as Canada's Chief of Protocol; Fourteen years as a Trade Commissioner; Ten years with the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), including two postings in Kuala Lumpur and Yaounde; 18 years of experience living and working 'on-the-ground', in developing and developed countries (Malaysia, Cameroon, China, Philippines, Switzerland and Italy); and, experience as a Manager of human and financial resources.

John Gingerich

 Mr. John C. Gingerich is Director of Advanced Explorations Inc. Mr. Gingerich is currently the Chairman of BacTech Environmental Corporation (CNSX:BAC) (WKN:A1H4TY) and was a director of East Asia Minerals Corporation (TSX-V: EAS) from June 1, 2005 to January 31, 2011 and Golden Odyssey Mining Inc. (TSX-V: GOE) from April 2003 to December 2003. Mr. Gingerich has also been the Proprietor of Geotechnical Business Solutions since November 2002. Mr. Gingerich’s previous employment includes being a director of Research Technical Innovation and Exploration of Noranda Inc. from November 1987 to October 2002. He will be taking a temporary leave of absence for medical reasons. He is expected to be on leave for a period of up to four months.

Lei Guo

 Mr. Lei Guo is Director of Advanced Explorations Inc. Mr. Guo has over 10 years of international experience providing financial services facilitating the development of relationships between global investors and venture enterprises. Mr. Guo spent 5 years with VCChina.com, a Beijing, China based company helping emerging Chinese high-tech companies obtain western sourced venture capital financings. He joined RFH Equities Co. Ltd. in 2003 where he acted as a financial advisor to several Chinese State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) in a role defined as that of an outsourced Chief Financial Officer (CFO). RFH's primary focus was providing financial consulting services within the natural resources sector, an area of strategic focus for both Chinese private and SOE Companies. This led to the foundation of CMFP in July 2006. Mr. Guo has secured financing from Chinese Investors for several TSX-listed junior mining companies.

Robert Telewiak

 Mr. Robert G. Telewiak is Director of Advanced Explorations Inc., since June 29, 2011. Mr. Telewiak was the Senior Vice President Environment, health and safety for Falconbridge Limited (TSX: FAL) from 1996 to 2006 and has held executive positions with Natural Resources Canada spreading over 20 years from 1976 to 1996. Mr. Telewiak has also contributed to the board of numerous industry associations, such as the Mining Association of Canada.

Yaogan Zeng

 Mr. Zeng Yaogan is Director of Advanced Explorations Inc., since June 29, 2011. Mr. Zeng is the Vice President and Secretary of the board of directors of XDIP (Ticker: 000778), Mr. Zeng joined XDIP in 1982, and has over 30 years of operational experience within the Chinese Steel and Iron industry. His role at XDIP has evolved from a technology focus to managing XDIP’s investments and securities related matters. Mr. Zeng has been Secretary of the board of directors of XDIP since 1997, and Vice President of XDIP since 2006. Mr. Zeng is a Senior Engineer, and obtained his B.E degree from Jiangxi Metallurgical Institute, as well as an MBA degree from Xian Communications University. Currently, Mr. Zeng also acts in the following position with XDIP’s subsidiaries: Chairman of Handan Xinxing Power Co. Ltd., Chairman of Sichuan Chuanjian Pipes Co. Ltd., and Director of Huangshi Xinxing Pipes Co., Ltd.

Raziel Zisman

 Mr. Raziel Zisman is Director of Advanced Explorations Inc., since June 16, 2010. Mr. Zisman is the Managing Director of Augen Capital Corp. He was a partner with Fogler, Rubinoff LLP from February 2010 to April 2012. His practice area encompasses corporate finance, securities, mergers & acquisitions and general corporate matters, with a focus on the mining, natural resources and renewable energy areas. Prior to working at Fogler, Rubinoff LLP, Mr. Zisman worked for Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP from June 2001 to September 2007 and Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP from September 2007 to February 2010.
