Mr. John M. Cranor, III, is Independent Chairman of the Board of AFC Enterprises Inc. He has served as a director since November 2006 and as Independent Chairman of the Board since November 2007. From 2003 until 2008, Mr. Cranor served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the New College Foundation, affiliated with the New College of Florida in Sarasota. From 2000 to 2003, Mr. Cranor was a managing General Partner of Yearling Fund, LLC, an early stage investment fund. He currently continues to serve as a Limited Partner in the Yearling Fund. From 1996 to 1999, Mr. Cranor served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Long John Silver’s Restaurants, Inc. From 1989 to 1994, Mr. Cranor was President and Chief Executive Officer of KFC Corporation. |
