Terrence Campbell

Mr. Terrence (Terry) Arthur Campbell, AO BCom (Melb), has been Chairman of the Board of Australian Foundation Investment Company Ltd since October 9, 2013. He has been on the Company's Board since September 1984. He is Senior Chairman of Goldman Sachs Australia and New Zealand (formerly Goldman Sachs JBWere) and Advisory Director of Goldman Sachs. Mr. Campbell was formerly Chairman and Chief Executive of Goldman Sachs JBWere. He is also Chairman of Mirrabooka Investments Limited and Director of Djerriwarrh Investments Limited and AMCIL Limited. He is Officer of the Order of Australia. He is Member of the Investment Committee. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Melbourne.

Ross Barker

Mr. Ross Ernest Barker, BSc (Hons) (Melb) MBA (Melb) F Fin, has been Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director and Executive Director of Australian Foundation Investment Company Ltd since October 2001. Mr. R. Mark Freeman, BE, MBA, Grad Dip App Fin (Sec Inst), AMP (INSEAD), has been Chief Investment Officer of Australian Foundation Investment Company Ltd since February 5, 2007. He joined the Company in February 2007. He was formerly a Partner with Goldman Sachs JBWere. His primary role during that time was advising investment companies with their investment and dealing activities. As such he has knowledge and experience of investment markets and the Company’s approaches, policies and processes. He joined the Company in January 2003. Previously, he was with National Australia Bank Ltd for 18 years in various roles covering business strategy, marketing, distribution, investor relations and business operations. Ms. Jacqueline Cherie Hey has been Director of Australian Foundation Investment Company Ltd since July 31, 2013. In her executive career, Ms. Hey has spent 23 years in the telecommunications, technology and IT industries in Australia and internationally.
