Douglas Penrose

 Mr. Douglas Penrose, CA, serves as Independent Chairman of the Board of First Majestic Silver Corp., since January 1, 2012. He received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto. He has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario from 1974 to 2008 and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia since 1978. He brings over 20 years of experience in leadership positions in corporate finance, including the position of Chief Financial Officer and was most recently the Vice President of Finance and Corporate Services at the British Columbia Lottery Corporation.

Keith Neumeyer

 Mr. Keith Neumeyer is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of First Majestic Silver Corp. He is President, Chief Executive Officer of First Majestic Silver Corp. from November 3, 2001 to present and Director of the Company since December 5, 1998.

Raymond Polman

Martin Palacios

 Mr. Martin Palacios serves as Chief Information Officer of First Majestic Silver Corp., since January 4, 2012. Mr. Palacios brings over 20 years of information technology experience to First Majestic, including over three years with Goldcorp, a senior gold producer, where he held the position of Director of Global Applications and IT (Mexico Region). During his tenure at Goldcorp, he created and implemented the global applications framework for most of Goldcorp's sites, standardized and automated consolidation process. Mr. Palacios was also responsible for prototyping Goldcorp's business intelligence strategy which allows for management at Goldcorp to monitor consolidated operations on a continuous basis with operational dashboards. In addition to his experience with Goldcorp, Mr. Palacios has also consulted for Gemcom Software (a mining solution vendor), provided advisory services to the Jimmy Pattison Group across their portfolio of companies, led the western region IT effectiveness practice for KPMG, he was previously the CIO of Pivotal Corporation and Vice President of Information Technology for Seagate Software. He has been Director of Global Applications and Director of IT México of Goldcorp from July 2008 to December 2011; Senior Advisor of Gemcom Software Inc., from March 2008 to November 2008; Senior Advisor of The Jimmy Pattison Group from August 2006 to March 2008.

Salvador Garcia

 Mr. Salvador Ledezma Garcia has been appointed as Vice President - Operations of First Majestic Silver Corp effective January 2, 2013. Mr. Garcia has over 35 years of experience in the mining industry in Mexico with experience in development and production including open pit and underground operations. Prior to joining First Majestic, Mr. Garcia was with Luismin (purchased by Goldcorp (TSX:G)(NYSE:GG) for a period of 25 years holding several positions from General Manager to Operations Director and later promoted to the senior management team of Goldcorp as Vice President for Mexico. In those positions, he was in charge of the operations at the Tayoltita and San Antonio mines and was involved in the development, construction and operation of the Los Filos, El Sauzal and Penasquito mines. Mr. Garcia holds a B.Sc. degree in Mining Engineering from the Guanajuato University School of Mines in Mexico. In addition, Mr. Garcia has been a member of the Executive Committee of the Mexican Mining Chamber from 2007 to 2012, a member of the Executive Committee of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce from 2008 to 2012, and President of the MTF (Mining Task Force) of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce from 2010 to 2012 which represents 52 Canadian mining companies.

Connie Lillico

 Ms. Connie Lillico is Corporate Secretary of First Majestic Silver Corp. She has been Corporate Secretary of the Company from August 2007 to present; Corporate Secretary of several TSX Venture Exchange issuers from July 2004 to July 2007.

Robert McCallum

 Mr. Robert A. McCallum, B.Sc., P.Eng, is Independent Director of the Board of First Majestic Silver Corp. He graduated in 1959 from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa with a Bachelor of Science (Mining) followed in 1971 by completing the Program for Management Development at Harvard Graduate School of Business, Boston, Massachusetts. He was most recently President and C.E.O. of Kensington Resources Ltd. prior to its merger with Shore Gold Inc. in 2005.

Tony Pezzotti

 Mr. Tony Pezzotti serves as Independent Director of First Majestic Silver Corp. He is currently retired, is a seasoned board member who has served on several public company boards, including OSI Geospatial Inc., First Quantum Minerals Ltd., and Kensington Resources Ltd. He also served as a member of the Audit Committees of those companies and was General Manager and co-owner of a privately held steel fabrication company.

 Mr. David Andrew Shaw, Ph.D., serves as Independent Director of First Majestic Silver Corp. He is President of Duckmanton Partners Ltd. from June 12, 2000 to present; President and Director of Albion Petroleum Ltd. from October 2006 to present; Director of Reef Resources Ltd. from September 2007 to April 2008; Director of Pan Pacific Aggregates plc from October 2008 to December 2011; CEO of Columbia Gold plc from May 2007 to March 2009. Director of Salares Lithium Inc., from December 2009 to September 2010. Director of Talison Lithium Inc., from September 2010 to present and Director of Great Quest Metals Ltd., from December 2010 to present.

 Mr. Robert Young serves as Independent Director of First Majestic Silver Corp.
