Name Description

G. Scott Paterson

Mr. G. Scott Paterson is an Executive Chairman of the Board of Apogee Silver Ltd. Mr. Paterson is Vice Chairman of NeuLion Inc. (formerly JumpTV), having been Chairman from January 2002 until October 2008. He is also Chairman of the Merry Go Round Children?s Foundation and a Governor of Ridley College. From 1998 to December 2001, Mr. Paterson was Chairman and CEO of Yorkton Securities Inc., which under his leadership became Canada?s technology investment bank, raising $13 billion in equity for Canadian companies as managing and co-managing underwriter. Mr. Paterson has served as the past Chairman of the Canadian Venture Stock Exchange and as a former Vice Chairman of the TSX. In 2009, Mr. Paterson obtained the ICD.D designation by graduating from the Rotman Institute of Corporate Directors at the University of Toronto.

Christopher Collins

Mr. Christopher Collins is President of Apogee Silver Ltd. Mr. Collins has 20 years of service within the minerals sector, including a distinguished career with Noranda Inc. ("Noranda") where he was involved in the feasibility study of lead-zinc-silver deposits in Canada including hands on experience working in Noranda's underground operations. He was also involved in advanced projects in Chile, Brazil and Norway. More recently Chris was the Vice President of Exploration with Gold Eagle Mines Ltd. until its recent takeover by Goldcorp Inc. Chris has also held a senior position with ALS Chemex and has a understanding of quality assurance and quality control concepts. He has a B.Sc. in Geology from Memorial University of Newfoundland and an MBA from Saint Mary's University.

Neil Ringdahl

Mr. Neil Ringdahl has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer, Director of Apogee Silver Ltd., with effect from June 1, 2011. Mr. Ringdahl is a qualified mining engineer who has held senior management positions with a number of companies, including Anglo Platinum Ltd., Golden Star Resources Ltd. and Peruvian base metals producer, Volcan Compania Minera. Most recently, Mr. Ringdahl was the country manager for Ancash Mining Ltd. (recently acquired by Korea Zinc). Mr. Ringdahl has led a number of mining and project teams on various exploration and development projects in South America and Africa. He spent five years as a consultant specializing in strategic and tactical mine planning on various diamond, precious and base metals mines around the world and is fluent in Spanish. Mr. Ringdahl acquired his BSc engineering honours (mining), from the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits), in Johannesburg, South Africa.

David Hunter

Mr. David Hunter is Chief Financial Officer of Apogee Silver Ltd., since March 15, 2011. Mr. Hunter was admitted to the Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants (CA) in 1996 after training with some of the national accounting firms. He has experience in setting up financial systems for growing companies to ensure they meet proper financial governance. Aside from public accounting experience, he has served in senior financial roles including Chief Financial Officer, Vice President, Director and Controller in both public and private companies. He earned an MBA in accounting and finance from the University of Toronto.

Marilia Bento

Ms. Marilia Bento is Vice President - Corporate Development, Director of Apogee Silver Ltd., with effect from March 15, 2011. Ms. Bento has 20 years of experience in the financial industry and the Canadian Capital Markets. Previously Ms. Bento was Managing Director at Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd. and held the position of the Head of Equity Capital Markets Canada. Marilia has participated financings for numerous energy, mining, technology and healthcare companies, representing over 800 financings and over $46 billion in equity. Marilia was also responsible for building a retail network group that had over $45 billion of assets under administration and comprised over 1,400 retail brokers across Canada. Prior to the acquisition of Orion Securities by Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd., Ms. Bento was on the Board of Directors of Orion from June 2000 until November 2007.

Jennifer Wagner

Ms. Jennifer Wagner is Corporate Secretary of Apogee Silver Ltd. Ms. Wagner is a corporate securities lawyer who works as a legal consultant to various TSX and TSX Venture listed companies in the mining industry. Ms. Wagner previously worked as a securities lawyer at a Toronto firm. She obtained her LL.B from the University of Windsor and received a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University.

Stan Bharti

Mr. Stan Bharti is a Director of Apogee Silver Ltd. Mr. Bharti is a professional engineer and is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Forbers and Manhattan Inc., a private merchant bank operating in Canada, the United States and Western Europe. From February 2002 to April 2006, he was Chairman and a director of Desert Sun Mining Inc., a Toronto Stock Exchange-listed mining company which was acquired by Yamana Gold Inc. He has 25 years of experience in operations, public markets and finance. Mr. Bharti is also a director of several public and private companies.

Peter Bojtos

Mr. Peter Bojtos is an Independent Director of Apogee Silver Ltd. Mr. Bojtos has 36 years of international experience in the mining industry from exploration through feasibility study to mine construction and decommissioning. He has held a number of executive officer positions with resource companies during the past 20 years. In addition, since 1995, he has been an independent director of several mining and exploration companies.

Maurice Colson

Mr. Maurice John Colson is an Independent Director of Apogee Silver Ltd., since March 15, 2011. Mr. Colson has worked in the investment industry for 35 years and was for many years managing director for a Canadian investment dealer in the United Kingdom. He is involved in providing strategic counsel and assistance with financing to emerging private and public companies in Canada and to Canadian companies operating in China, Africa, and South America. He sits on the board of directors of several TSX and TSX Venture listed companies and is the former President and CEO of Lithium One Resources. He continues to serve as a director and is the Vice-Chairman of Lithium One Resources. Mr. Colson holds a Masters of Business Administration degree.

Francois Perron

Mr. Francois Perron is an Independent Director of Apogee Silver Ltd., since March 15, 2011. Mr. Perron was recently appointed as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Alexis Minerals Corporation and was previously the President and Chief Executive Officer of Golden Goose Resources. Prior to joining Golden Goose Resources, Mr. Perron was involved in the financial markets as a portfolio manager. He recently managed a resource focused portfolio for NBC Alternative Investments. Prior to joining NBC Alternative Investments in 2007, he ran various resource funds for the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec from 2001 to 2007. In 2006, he was recognized by Brendan Woods International as a Top Gun Asset Manager in Mining. Prior to fund management, he was a research analyst covering the forest product sector at Merrill Lynch. He has a Bachelor of Science, Computer science from Mc Master University (1986) and an MBA from the Hautes Etudes Commerciales which he obtained in 1992.
