Name Description

Reza Mohammed

 Mr. Reza A. Mohammed is President, Chief Executive Officer of August Metal Corp. He is a President and CEO of Action Minerals Inc. and Aries Resource Corp. since April 2004, realtor for Amex Fraseridge Realty since 1996, formerly an officer and/or director of several reporting issuers. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of British Columbia in 1985. Mr. Mohammed has over 15 years of experience in venture capital markets, and completed a CPC Qualifying Transaction with Almo Capital Corp. (APT-TSXV) in 2004. Mr. Mohammed, who has experience in venture capital and corporate finance, has been the President and CEO of Aries Resource Corp. (AESTSXV) and Action Minerals Inc. (ATM-TSXV) since April 2004. Both of these mineral exploration companies are involved in the Trident Copper Project in northern BC. In addition, he was also President, CEO, and Director of Lomiko Enterprises from July 2005 to October 2005 and Winchester Minerals and Gold Exploration Ltd. from July 2005 to June 2006. He was a director of Castillian Resources Corp. (CT-TSXV) in 2003-4, a director of Torq Media Inc. (TQ-TSXV) from January 2004 to March 2005, and a director of Almo Capital Corp. from April 1997 to April 2004.

Christopher Verrico

 Mr. Christopher Verrico has been appointed as Director of August Metal Corp., with effect from August 17, 2011. Mr. Verrico has 25 years of mine development/operations experience within British Columbia, Alaska and the Canadian territories, managing and contracting open-pit mining, bulk ore handling and northern infrastructure construction operations. In the past 10 years, Mr. Verrico has been focused on Canadian public junior resource companies through scoping resource development opportunities throughout the Americas, acting as a director of a number of public companies and providing key participation in venture capital.

Peter Born

 Dr. Peter Born, Ph.D., P. Geo., is Independent Director of August Metal Corp. Dr. Born, who is a senior geologist with over 30 years experience exploring and evaluating mining properties for senior and junior Canadian and US resource companies, will be acting as the Company's qualified person. He holds a Ph.D. in Earth Sciences with experience in Precambrian Sedimentary Geology, Basin Analysis, Sedimentology, Stratigraphy and Sedimentary Ore deposits. His experience includes several years of uranium exploration in the Athabasca Basin and the Thelon Uranium Basin of the Northwest Territories. Dr. Born, who is also a director of Grandview Gold, has also worked in Archean greenstone terrains (especially the Abitibi belt) in Ontario, Quebec and other greenstone belts in Northwest Territories. He has modeled/explored gold systems/alteration halos in both iron formation gold deposits as well as Timmins vein type deposits. In addition, Dr. Born has past experience as Senior Geologist and then Resource Geologist for Western Mining (WMC International Ltd) as well as modeling the geology/mineralization at the Aquarius ore body (Timmins) for Echo Bay Mines. As a Resource Geologist, he dealt with QA/QC issues with respect to data handling, data integrity, resource auditing, error assessment and uncertainty in generating both ore reserves and geological models. His PhD thesis includes a study of the geological environment for the Timmins Gold camp (65 million oz. of gold). During his PhD studies he was a three time recipient of Canada's prestigious National Science and Engineering Research Council (NSERC) Post-Graduate Scholarship (1991-1993). Dr. Born was one of the authors/leaders for the Geological Association of Canada Field Guide: Controls for Gold Mineralization in the Southern Abitibi Greenstone belt. Trip 3B Guidebook, (1999). He is currently working from his Ottawa-based consulting firm for select Canadian and US resource companies.
