Anssi Vanjoki |
Mr. Anssi Vanjoki has been Independent Chairman of the Board of Directors of Amer Sports Oyj since March 15, 2006. He is also Member of the Company's Compensation and Nomination Committees. He joined the Company’s Board in 2004. Mr. Vanjoki is Individual Multicontributor at RKBS Oy, and a former Executive Vice President (EVP) and General Manager of the Mobile Solutions Unit of Nokia Corporation. Prior to that, he was EVP of Markets at Nokia Corporation (2007- 2010); EVP and General Manager of the Multimedia Unit of Nokia Corporation (2004-2007); EVP and General Manager of Nokia Corporation (1998-2004); EVP of Nokia Mobile Phones and Senior Vice President of Nokia Mobile Phones (1994-1998), and Vice President of Sales of Nokia Mobile Phones (1991-1994). Mr. Vanjoki holds a number of directorships. He chairs the Board of Directors of Vertu Holdings Oy, and serves as Member on the Boards of Koskisen Oy, Sonova Holding AG and Basware Corporation.
