Name Description

Anssi Vanjoki

 Mr. Anssi Vanjoki has been Independent Chairman of the Board of Directors of Amer Sports Oyj since March 15, 2006. He is also Member of the Company's Compensation and Nomination Committees. He joined the Company’s Board in 2004. Mr. Vanjoki is Individual Multicontributor at RKBS Oy, and a former Executive Vice President (EVP) and General Manager of the Mobile Solutions Unit of Nokia Corporation. Prior to that, he was EVP of Markets at Nokia Corporation (2007- 2010); EVP and General Manager of the Multimedia Unit of Nokia Corporation (2004-2007); EVP and General Manager of Nokia Corporation (1998-2004); EVP of Nokia Mobile Phones and Senior Vice President of Nokia Mobile Phones (1994-1998), and Vice President of Sales of Nokia Mobile Phones (1991-1994). Mr. Vanjoki holds a number of directorships. He chairs the Board of Directors of Vertu Holdings Oy, and serves as Member on the Boards of Koskisen Oy, Sonova Holding AG and Basware Corporation. He holds a Master of Science degree in Economics.

Heikki Takala

 Mr. Heikki Takala has been President, Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Executive Board of Amer Sports Oyj since April 1, 2010. Prior to this, he worked for Procter & Gamble (1992-2010), where he held several leadership positions in Brand Management, Marketing, Sales, and Commercial Strategy at country, region and global level. He has 14 years of international experience, including last seven years spent in Switzerland. Jussi Siitonen

 Mr. Jussi Siitonen has been Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Executive Board of Amer Sports Oyj since January 1, 2011. He was previously Senior Vice President, Finance at the Company (2009–2010). Prior to Amer Sports, he worked for Stora Enso Group and served as Senior Vice President (SVP) and Group Controller (2008-2009), and SVP and Chief Accounting Officer (2006-2008), among others. Antti Jaaskelainen

 Mr. Antti Jaaskelainen is Chief Development Officer and Senior Vice President (SVP), Supply Chain and IT, as well as Member of the Executive Board of Amer Sports Oyj. He joined the Company in 2009 as Chief Development Officer and Executive Board Member, and was appointed SVP, Supply Chain and IT on June 13, 2012. Mr. Antti Jaaskelainen holds a Master of Business Administration degree from INSEAD in France, a Master of Science degree in Economics from the Helsinki School of Economics at Aalto-yliopiston kauppakorkeakoulu in Finland, as well as a Master of Science degree in Engineering from Aalto-yliopiston teknillinen korkeakoulu in Finland.

Victor Duran

 Mr. Victor Duran has been Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business to Consumer at Amer Sports Oyj as well as Member of the Company’s Executive Board since January 1, 2011. Previously, he was Partner at HotHouse Consulting (2008-2010), Director at Zyman Group Consulting (2006-2008) and Head of Marketing for EMEA at Caterpillar (2001-2005). Prior to joining the Company, she was Senior Vice President of HR at Rautaruukki Corporation (2005-2009), Executive Vice President of HR at Alma Media Corporation (2003-2005), HR Director of Fujitsu Invia Ltd (2001-2003), HR Director of Accenture Ltd (1999-2001), HR Manager at Hartwall Plc (1996-1999) and HR Manager at Finland's Post Ltd (1989-1996). Paul Byrne

Mikko Moilanen

 Mr. Mikko Moilanen is President of Sports Instruments at Amer Sports Oyj and Head of Amer Sports Digital Products and Services Strategy. He has been Member of the Executive Board of the Company since 2010. Formerly, he served for Nokia (1992–2009), where he held various international executive and senior manager positions in Research and Development, Product Creation, Program and Portfolio Management as well as Demand Supply Network Management and Strategy. Prior to Nokia, he was Design Engineer and Project Manager at ASIC Design House Smartech Oy (1989–1992). Jean-Marc Pambet

 Mr. Jean-Marc Pambet has been President of the Footwear business area and President of Salomon SAS at Amer Sports Oyj as well as Member of the Company’s Executive Board since 2010. Prior to this, he was President of Apparel and Footwear at the Company (2007-2010). Formerly, he held various positions at Salomon (1985-2007), including General Manager of Apparel and Footwear (2002-2007), General Manager EMEA (1996-2002) and Country Manager France (1990-1996), among others.  Mr. Michael Schineis is President of Winter Sports Equipment at Amer Sports Oyj, and he has been Member of the Company’s Executive Board since 2002. Indra Asander

 Ms. Indra Asander has been Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Amer Sports Oyj since March 8, 2012. She also serves as Member of the Company’s Compensation Committee. Ms. Asander is Chief Executive Officer of Sergel Group within TeliaSonera AB. Her previous positions within the TeliaSonera group include Senior Vice President, Head of Product Management Europe at BA Mobility Services (2008–2011); Senior Vice President, Head of Content Services Europe at BA Mobility Services (2007), and Senior Vice President, Head of Consumer Business (2003–2006). Prior to that, she worked for Telia AB and held such roles as Senior Vice President, Head of Business Area Internet Services (2001–2002), and Vice President, Skanova, Marketing Director (2000–2001). In the past she also spent several years with Vattenfall AB serving as Senior Vice President, Business Area Energy Market (2000), Director of Product Sales, Business Area Energy Market (1999–2000), and Divisional Manager for Corporate Customers in Sweden (1998–1999), among others. Ms. Asander is Member of the Board of Eknas Gard AB and Pricer AB. She holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering from Stockholm.

Martin Burkhalter

 Mr. Martin Burkhalter has been Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Amer Sports Oyj since June 4, 2008. He also serves as Member of the Company's Nomination and Audit Committees. Mr. Burkhalter is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Vizrt Ltd. Previously, he was Independent Consultant in Geneva, Switzerland (2004-2005), Senior Vice President and Managing Director of EMEA Reebok International in France (2001-2003) and CEO of Intersport International Corporation (IIC) in Switzerland (1997-2001). He holds a degree in Biotechnology and Accounting.

Christian Fischer

 Mr. Christian Fischer has been Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Amer Sports Oyj since June 4, 2008. He also serves as Member of the Company's Compensation Committee. Mr. Fischer is Founder and Managing Director of Accelate, Business Launch and Expansion GmbH. Additionally, he has experience as Founder, Managing Director and shareholder of F&R Multimedia Gmbh. Mr. Ryopponen is a former Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Stora Enso Oyj in Helsinki, Finland, and London, the United Kingdom (2007-2009). He is Chairman of the Boards of Directors of Altor Private Equity funds, Hakon Invest Abp and BillerudKorsnas AB, and Vice Chairman of the Board of Rautaruukki Corporation. Additionally, he serves as Member of the Boards of Directors of Neste Oil Corporation, Novo Nordisk A/S and Value Creation Investments Limited. He is also Member of Citigroup's Nordic Advisory Board. Bruno Saelzer
