Mary Tolan	Ms. Mary A. Tolan has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Accretive Health Inc., effective April 3, 2013. She served as President, Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Ms. Tolan, a founder of Accretive Health, has served as the company's president and chief executive officer and a director since November 2003. Prior to joining thempany, Ms. Tolan spent 21 years at Accenture Ltd, a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company. At Accenture, Ms. Tolan served in several leadership roles, including group chief executive for the resources operating group that had approximately $2 billion in annual revenue, and as a member of Accenture’s executive committee and management committee. She serves on the board of trustees of the University of Chicago, Loyola University and the Lyric Opera of Chicago.
Stephen Schuckenbrock	Mr. Stephen F. Schuckenbrock has been appointed as President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Accretive Health, Inc., effective April 3, 2013. From 2007 to December 2012, Mr. Schuckenbrock served in various positions at Dell, a global information technology company, including as President, Services from January 2011 to December 2012, President, Large Enterprise from January 2009 until January 2011, Chief Information Officer from September 2007 to January 2009, and Senior Vice President and President, Global Services from January to September 2007. Etienne Deffarges	Mr. Etienne H. Deffarges is Vice Chairman of the Management Board of Accretive Health Incorporated. He has served as the company's vice chairman since August 2011 and served as the company's executive vice president from April 2004 until August 2011. From 1999 until joining the company, Mr. Deffarges was a partner at Accenture, most recently serving as managing partner for its global utilities industry group, and as a member of its executive committee. Walter Ettinger	Dr. Walter H. Ettinger Jr. has been appointed as Senior Vice President - Quality and Total Cost of Care of Accretive Health, Inc., effective February 15, 2012. Previously, Dr. Ettinger served as Vice President Medical Affairs and Medical Education at Lenox Hill Hospital and Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital; Executive Vice President of Virtua Health in New Jersey; and Professor of Medicine and Director of the J. Paul Sticht Center on Aging at the Wake Forest University School of Medicine. Dr. Ettinger received his medical degree from the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and completed fellowships in Rheumatology and Geriatric Medicine at Johns Hopkins and the National Institute on Aging. Dr. Ettinger received his MBA from the Babcock School of Management of Wake Forest University.
Richard Gillette	Mr. Richard E. Gillette serves as the Senior Vice President of Accretive Health Inc. He has served as the company's senior vice president since December 2004.
