Mr. Kornelis J. (Kees) Storm was appointed Non-Executive Independent Chairman of the Board of Directors of Anheuser Busch Inbev SA, as of April 2012. In 2002, he was appointed Non-Executive Independent Member of the Board of Directors of the Company. He is the retired Chairman of the Executive Board of Directors of AEGON, an insurance group. He is also Chairman of the Supervisory Board of KLM, the airline carrier of the Netherlands, Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PON Holdings and Member of the Supervisory Board of Aegon, Baxter Intl (Member of the Audit Committee) and Unilever (Chairman of the Audit Committee).
