| Viviano, Paul | Paul S. Viviano is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Alliance Healthcare Services, Inc. He has been a Director since January 2, 2003 and the Chairman of the Board since October 2003. He served as Company's president and chief operating officer from January 2, 2003 through April 7, 2003 at which time he became Company president and chief executive officer. Effective October 1, 2004, Mr. Viviano became Company chairman and chief executive officer. Prior to joining Company , Mr. Viviano was chief executive officer of USC University Hospital and USC Norris Cancer Hospital from 2000 to 2002. He was employed by the St. Joseph Health System from 1987 to 2000 and served as its executive vice president and chief operating officer from 1995 to 2000. Mr. Viviano currently serves as the Chairman of the Finance Committee. |
