Paduka Mohamed Hashim Bin Mohd. Ali

Gen. (Retd.) Tan Sri Dr. Dato' Paduka Mohamed Hashim Bin Mohd. Ali has been Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Ajinomoto (Malaysia) Berhad since September 5, 1995. He resigned as the Chairman of Company's Audit Committee on November 1, 2002, but remained as a Committee Member. He also serves as the Chairman of Remuneration Committee and Member of Nomination Committee. He holds a diploma in Advance Management from the Harvard Business School and was conferred the Honorary Doctorate by the University of Salford, the United Kingdom, in January 1999. He joined the Company soon after his retirement as the Chief of Defense Forces in the Malaysian Armed Forces where he served over 39 years. He is the Chairman of the Country Height Holdings Berhad Group and Delloyd Ventures Berhad. He also sits on the Board of Hong Leong Financial Group Berhad, Mines Excellence Golf Resort Berhad, Borneo Highlands Hornbill Golf & Jungle Club Berhad, Bluwater Developments Berhad and other private companies.

Ryoichi Ebata

Mr. Ryoichi Ebata is Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director and Executive Director of Ajinomoto (Malaysia) Bhd since July 1, 2013. He graduated from the Department of Business and Commerce, Keio University, in March 1987 and obtained a Masters Degree in Business Administration at the International Institute of Management Development (IMD) in November 2007. He joined Ajinomoto Co., Inc. in 1987 and began his career with the Osaka branch, Food Ingredients Sales Group and has since held various positions in Japan and overseas within the Ajinomoto Group of Companies.

Azharudin Bin Ab Ghani

In May 2013, he was promoted to Factory Manager/Chief Supply Chain Management Officer of the Company.

Mr. Ryuji Ito has been Executive Director of Ajinomoto (Malaysia) Berhad since July 1, 2011. He graduated from Graduate School of Science & Technology of Sophia University in March 1989. He joined Ajinomoto Co., Inc. in 1989 and has been assigned in the Research & Development Center of Food Sciences & Technologies, Ajinomoto Betagro Frozen Food (Thailand) Co. Inc. and at Foods Advancement Group.

Motohiro Komase

Kah Ee Koay

Mr. Koay Kah Ee is Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of Ajinomoto (Malaysia) Berhad. He also serves as Chairman of Nomination Committee and Member of Company's Audit Committee.
