Biographies

Name Description

Kjell Rokke

 Mr. Kjell Inge Rokke serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Aker ASA. He is the main owner of the Company. Mr. Rokke launched his business career with the purchase of a 69-foot trawler in the United States in 1982, and gradually built an international fisheries business. In 1996, the Rokke-controlled company RGI purchased enough Aker shares to become Aker's main shareholder, and later merged RGI with Aker. Mr. Rokke is Chairman of the Board of Kvaerner ASA, Member of the Board of Aker Solutions ASA and Deputy Member of the Board of Det norske oljeselskap ASA.

Oyvind Eriksen

 Mr. Oyvind Eriksen has served as President and Chief Executive Officer, Member of the Executive Team of Aker ASA since January 1, 2009. Formerly, he spent several years with a Norwegian law firm BA-HR. He joined the company in 1990, and became Partner in 1996. He has served as Board Member/Chairman at BA-HR since 2003. His other directorships include Executive Chairman position at Aker Solutions ASA and Chairman of Aker Kvaerner Holding AS, and Board Member position at The Resource Group TRG AS, TRG Holding AS and Reitangruppen AS, among others. Mr. Eriksen holds a law degree from Universitet i Oslo.

Finn Berg Jacobsen

 Mr. Finn Berg Jacobsen has served as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Aker ASA since April 14, 2011. He has been Member of the Board of Directors of the Company since April 8, 2010. He is also Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee. He is consultant within corporate governance and finance issues. He is former director and audit committee chairman of several companies, and has served on various public auditing and accounting-related boards and committees. He is a former Chief Financial Officer and Chief of Staff in Aker Kvaerner (2001-2005). Prior to this, he had held various positions within Arthur Andersen & Co., including the position of Regional Managing Partner for the Nordic countries (1983-1999). He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School, Harvard University and is State Authorized Public Accountant. He was awarded the Royal Order of St. Olav in 2000 for his contribution to the advancement of auditing and accounting.

Trond Brandsrud

 Mr. Trond Brandsrud has been Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Executive Team of Aker ASA since April 21, 2010. Prior to this, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Seadrill Limited for three years and spent over 20 years with Royal Dutch Shell. He held several key finance positions in Norway as well as internationally. He also has experience from offshore field development projects and has held several senior management roles in Shell's upstream and downstream operations. He holds a Master’s degree in Business and Economics from Norges Handelshoyskole, Bergen - NHH.

Michael Buffet

 Mr. Michael Buffet has served as Investment Manager at Aker ASA since August 2011. He is responsible for the follow-up of Kvaerner ASA. He worked for Total Exploration and Production between 1996 and 2003 as Drilling Engineer, Drilling Supervisor and Project Manager in various locations, including Argentina, the United Kingdom, Iran, Yemen, Qatar, Cameroon and Gabon. In 2004, he joined Boston Consulting Group (BCG) where he stayed until 2011. His main focus at BCG was upstream oil and gas and renewable energy projects. He is Mechanical Engineer from ENSAM (Ecole Nationale D'arts Et Metiers) in France and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from INSEAD in France from 2004.

Nicoletta Giadrossi

 Ms. Nicoletta Giadrossi serves as Investment Director at Aker ASA. She is responsible for the follow-up of Aker Solutions ASA. She joined the Company in 2012. She was previously Vice President and General Manager for Europe, the Middle East and Africa at Dresser-Rand Group Inc. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Economics from Yale University, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School. She also has previously worked in the private equity industry and for the Boston Consulting Group. She has also held a number of management positions at GE Oil & Gas, where she was responsible for the global Downstream Business unit, and at GE Equipment Management, where she was Chief Operating Officer of the European Division. She is Member of the Board of Aker Solutions ASA and Faiveley Transport SA.

Maria Moraeus Hanssen

 Ms. Maria Moraeus Hanssen serves as Investment Director at Aker ASA. She is responsible for the follow-up of Det norske oljeselskap ASA. She joined the Company in June 2008. Previously, she worked for Norsk Hydro from 1992, mainly on the Norwegian Continental Shelf, where her areas of responsibility included North Sea exploration, field development, the integration of Statoil and Hydro and platform chief (on Troll B). She was also Senior Vice President for gas supply and infrastructure at Statoil and Hydro. She is Board Member of Det norske oljeselskap ASA and Hafslund ASA. Ms. Moraeus Hanssen is Reservoir Engineer from Norges Teknisk-Naturvitenskapelige Universitet - NTNU in Norway (1988) and Petroleum Economist from the French Petroleum Institute IFP (Institut francais du petrole - IFP) (1991).

Audun Stensvold

 Mr. Audun Stensvold serves as Investment Director at Aker ASA. He is responsible for the follow-up of the Company's financial investments. He joined the Company in 2006. Prior to his appointment as an Investment Director, he was Chief Financial Officer and Investment Director for Converto Capital Management, which administers the Aker-owned Converto Capital Fund. He has also served as Vice President of Aker’s M&A and Business Development team. Before joining the Company, he worked as a strategy and finance consultant for Selmer, and as a financial analyst for DnB NOR. He holds a Master’s degree in Business and Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics (Norges Handelshoyskole, Bergen - NHH).

Atle Kigen

 Mr. Atle Kigen has served as Head of Communication at Aker ASA since March 1, 2010. He joined the Company in 2006. Prior to this, he was Head of Communication at Kvaerner ASA and held a Chief Executive Officer position at a Public Relations agency, GCI Monsen. He has also been Editor in Chief of the Norwegian business magazine Okonomisk Rapport, and a business and economics editor at Aftenposten and NRK Nyheter. Apart from that, he used to work as journalist at Dagens Naeringsliv. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Marketing.

Tommy Angeltveit

 Mr. Tommy Angeltveit has been Member of the Board of Directors, Employee Representative at Aker ASA since March 16, 2011. He has worked as a service technician in Aker Subsea’s control division since 2003. Mr. Angeltveit is also an employee representative at the Board of Aker Subsea. He is full time employee representative and Head of Industry Energy, department 47. He has occupational education as a service electronics engineer.

 Mr. Harald Magne Bjornsen is Member of the Board of Directors, Employee Representative at Aker ASA. He is professional shipfitter and electrical installer. Stine Bosse

Leif Hoegh

 Mr. Leif O. Hoegh has been Member of the Board of Directors of Aker ASA since April 19, 2012. He has previously worked for McKinsey & Company and the Royal Bank of Canada Group, and is Chairman of Hoegh Autoliners and Deputy Chairman of Hoegh LNG. He is also a Director of Hoegh Capital Partners, Hoegh Eiendom, Hector Rail and Rift V alley Holdings. He also serves on the Supervisory Board of DnB. During her career with JP Morgan she has held a number of positions in the oil & gas team in both the United States (US) and the United Kingdom (UK) including Head of the EMEA energy team during the 1990's. From 2000 onwards Ms. Simon was Co-Head of the EMEA debt capital markets group and Global Co-Head of private equity investment banking from 2007 to 2012.
