Kjell Rokke |
Mr. Kjell Inge Rokke serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Aker ASA. He is the main owner of the Company. Mr. Rokke launched his business career with the purchase of a 69-foot trawler in the United States in 1982, and gradually built an international fisheries business. In 1996, the Rokke-controlled company RGI purchased enough Aker shares to become Aker's main shareholder, and later merged RGI with Aker. Mr. Rokke is Chairman of the Board of Kvaerner ASA, Member of the Board of Aker Solutions ASA and Deputy Member of the Board of Det norske oljeselskap ASA. |
Oyvind Eriksen |
Mr. Oyvind Eriksen has served as President and Chief Executive Officer, Member of the Executive Team of Aker ASA since January 1, 2009. Formerly, he spent several years with a Norwegian law firm BA-HR. He joined the company in 1990, and became Partner in 1996. He has served as Board Member/Chairman at BA-HR since 2003. His other directorships include Executive Chairman position at Aker Solutions ASA and Chairman of Aker Kvaerner Holding AS, and Board Member position at The Resource Group TRG AS, TRG Holding AS and Reitangruppen AS, among others. Finn Berg Jacobsen |
Mr. Finn Berg Jacobsen has served as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Aker ASA since April 14, 2011. He has been Member of the Board of Directors of the Company since April 8, 2010. He is also Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee. He is consultant within corporate governance and finance issues. He is former director and audit committee chairman of several companies, and has served on various public auditing and accounting-related boards and committees. Mr. Trond Brandsrud has been Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Executive Team of Aker ASA since April 21, 2010. Prior to this, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Seadrill Limited for three years and spent over 20 years with Royal Dutch Shell. He held several key finance positions in Norway as well as internationally. He also has experience from offshore field development projects and has held several senior management roles in Shell's upstream and downstream operations. Mr. Michael Buffet has served as Investment Manager at Aker ASA since August 2011. He is responsible for the follow-up of Kvaerner ASA. He worked for Total Exploration and Production between 1996 and 2003 as Drilling Engineer, Drilling Supervisor and Project Manager in various locations, including Argentina, the United Kingdom, Iran, Yemen, Qatar, Cameroon and Gabon. In 2004, he joined Boston Consulting Group (BCG) where he stayed until 2011. His main focus at BCG was upstream oil and gas and renewable energy projects. He is Mechanical Engineer from ENSAM (Ecole Nationale D'arts Et Metiers) in France and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from INSEAD in France from 2004. |

Ms. Nicoletta Giadrossi serves as Investment Director at Aker ASA. She is responsible for the follow-up of Aker Solutions ASA. She joined the Company in 2012. She was previously Vice President and General Manager for Europe, the Middle East and Africa at Dresser-Rand Group Inc. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Economics from Yale University, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School. Maria Moraeus Hanssen |
Ms. Maria Moraeus Hanssen serves as Investment Director at Aker ASA. She is responsible for the follow-up of Det norske oljeselskap ASA. She joined the Company in June 2008. Previously, she worked for Norsk Hydro from 1992, mainly on the Norwegian Continental Shelf, where her areas of responsibility included North Sea exploration, field development, the integration of Statoil and Hydro and platform chief (on Troll B). Audun Stensvold |
Mr. Audun Stensvold serves as Investment Director at Aker ASA. He is responsible for the follow-up of the Company's financial investments. He joined the Company in 2006. Prior to his appointment as an Investment Director, he was Chief Financial Officer and Investment Director for Converto Capital Management, which administers the Aker-owned Converto Capital Fund. He has also served as Vice President of Aker’s M&A and Business Development team.
