Name Description

John Stuart Dunlop

 Mr. John Stuart Ferguson Dunlop has served as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Alkane Resources Ltd since July 3, 2006. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining, Master of Engineering Science in Mining and is Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. Mr. Dunlop is a Consultant Mining Engineer with over 40 years surface and underground mining experience both in Australia and overseas. He is a former Director of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (2001-2006) and is currently Chairman of its affiliate, MICA the Mineral Consultants Society. Mr. Dunlop is Non-Executive Chairman of Alliance Resources Limited since November 30, 1994, and a Non-Executive Director of Copper Strike Limited since November 9, 2009. During the last three years he was also a Non-Executive Director of Drummond Gold Limited (August 1, 2008 - July 15, 2010) and a Director of Gippsland Limited (July 1, 2005 - July 12, 2012). Mr. Dunlop is a Member of the Audit Committee and Chairman of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee.

David Chalmers

 Mr. David (Ian) Ian Chalmers has served as Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, Executive Director of Alkane Resources Ltd since October 5, 2006. Mr. Chalmers is a geologist and graduate of the Western Australian Institute of Technology (Curtin University) and has a Master of Science degree from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom. He has worked in the mining and exploration industry for over 40 years, during which time he has had experience in all facets of exploration and mining through feasibility and development to the production phase. He is a member of Nomination Committee.

He is a Chartered Accountant with 15 years experience as a finance professional in various industries. Ms. Brown is a Director and Company Secretary of Mineral Administration Services Pty Ltd. She has experience in corporate administration of listed companies over a period of some 26 years, primarily in the mineral exploration industry. She is company secretary of a number of publicly listed companies, including Northern Star Resources Limited, Excelsior Gold Limited and General Mining Corporation Limited.

Lindsay Colless

 Mr. Lindsay Arthur Colless serves as Joint Company Secretary of Alkane Resources Ltd. He was Finance Director until July 25, 2006, and as Chief Financial Officer until 2007. He reappointed as Chief Financial Officer from 2011 to October 29, 2012. Mr. Colless is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia with over 15 years experience in the profession and a further 35 years experience in commerce, mainly in the mineral and petroleum exploration industry in the capacities of financial controller, company secretary and director.

 Mr. Ian Jeffrey Gandel has served as Non-Executive Director of Alkane Resources Ltd since July 24, 2006. Mr. Gandel is businessman with experience in retail management and retail property. He has been a director of the Gandel Retail Trust and has had an involvement in the construction and leasing of Gandel shopping centers. He has previously been involved in the Priceline retail chain and the CEO chain of serviced offices. Mr. Gandel has been an investor in the mining industry since 1994. Anthony Lethlean

 Mr. Anthony (Tony) Dean Lethlean has served as Non-Executive Director of Alkane Resources Ltd since May 30, 2002. Mr. Lethlean is a geologist with over 10 years mining experience, including four years underground on the Golden Mile in Kalgoorlie. In later years, Mr. Lethlean has been working as a resources analyst with various stockbrokers and is currently a Director of Helmsec Global Capital Limited. Mr. Lethlean is a Non-Executive Director of Alliance Resources Limited since October 15, 2003. Mr. Lethlean is Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee.
