Name Description

Mark Stauffer

 Dr. Mark D. Stauffer, Ph.D. and P.Ag., is Non-Executive Independent Chairman of the Board of Allana Potash Corp. Dr. Stauffer, now retired, is the former President of the Potash and Phosphate Institute of Canada ("PPIC"), and former Senior Vice President of International Programs, at the Potash and Phosphate Institute ("PPI", now the International Plant Nutrition Institute). He currently serves on the board of Migao Corporation, a China based specialty potash producer listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Dr. Stauffer has worked in both the public and private sectors in research, education and chemical production and sales. In 1988, Dr. Stauffer became a regional director of PPI and PPIC and in 1994 was promoted to the position of Vice President, International Programs at PPI and became the President of PPIC. Dr. Stauffer obtained his B.Sc. (Agriculture) and M.Sc. from the University of Guelph and obtained his Ph.D. in Agronomy from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University.

Farhad Abasov

 Mr. Farhad Abasov is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Allana Potash Corp. Previously Mr. Abasov held various senior executive and director positions with domestic and international resource, energy and finance companies. In particular, before Allana Potash, Mr. Abasov served as Senior Vice President at Potash One. Prior to that Mr. Abasov was Vice President, Portfolio Management and Vertical Integration for Uranium One, managing Uranium One's asset base in the United States. He was a member of Energy Metals Corporation’s senior management team, a premier uranium Corporation sold to Uranium One for $1.8 billion in 2007. Mr. Abasov holds an MBA in Business and Finance from the International University of Japan, a Japanese business school.

Deborah Battiston

 Ms. Deborah Battiston is Chief Financial Officer of Allana Potash Corp. Ms. Battiston is a Certified General Accountant with over 25 years of accounting and financial management experience. At present, she is the Chief Financial Officer of a number of Canadian public companies. She has obtained a B.A. in Economics from the University of Guelph.

 Mr. Nejib Abba Biya is Senior Vice President - Business Development, Ethiopia of Allana Potash Corp.Mr. Abba Biya has been a Senior Vice President of the Corporation since November 2008. Prior to joining Allana, Mr. Abba Biya served as Senior Vice President, Business Development to Avion Gold Corporation, a gold producer in West Africa listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Mr. Abba Biya has over 20 years of management experience conducting business in Ethiopia and excellent working relations with the federal and regional governments.

 Mr. Richard Kelertas is Senior Vice President - Corporate Development of Allana Potash Corp. Mr. Kelertas is a top ranked equity analyst. Mr. Kelertas joined the Company in May 2012 after 7 years at Dundee Captial Markets where he was most recently a Vice President and Senior Financial Analyst. Over the past 35 years, he has held various positions in corporate Canada, encompassing sales, marketing, corporate development, corporate banking and equity capital markets. Mr. Kelertas graduated from the University of Toronto with two science degrees, including a Masters of Science degree. Mr. Kelertas also sits on the of a publically traded junior resource exploration company.

Peter MacLean

 Dr. Peter J. MacLean, Ph.D., P.Geo, is Senior Vice President - Exploration of Allana Potash Corp., since November 2007. Prior to joining Allana, Mr. MacLean was regional exploration Manager-Mexico for Aur Resources. Mr. MacLean has over 20 years experience in the mining & exploration industry with junior and senior mining companies including Monarch Resources, Aur Resources and Newmont Mining.

Jack Scott

 Mr. Jack Scott P.Eng, MBA, is Senior Vice President - Strategic Projects of Allana Potash Corp. Mr. Scott has over 25 years of leadership experience worldwide in project development and financing, risk modeling, contract negotiation, valuations, acquisitions and divestments, strategic planning, structuring of local community economic participation, and environmental assessment evaluations. Mr. Scott has held lead roles in energy and infrastructure projects development and has been active over the last number of years developing billion dollar projects. Prior to joining Allana, Mr. Scott held senior executive positions in technology, energy and infrastructure development companies, including ten years in the executive team building multinational engineering / construction firm AGRA Inc. (now part of AMEC plc) in various positions including head of strategic planning, Vice President of the infrastructure development arm and President of a number of technology subsidiaries and joint ventures. Mr. Scott is a Registered Professional Engineer, a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers and a past member of the Conference Board of Canada Strategy Development Council. He has a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Queen’s University and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario, Ivey School of Business.

Brianna Davies

 Ms. Brianna Davies is Corporate Secretary of Allana Potash Corp. Ms. Davies is a corporate securities lawyer. Since October 2007, Ms. Davies has worked as a legal consultant to several publicly traded and private companies. From 2006 to 2007, Ms. Davies was an associate at Fraser Milner Casgrain, LLP. She received a J.D. from the University of Toronto in 2005 and an Honours B.A. in Economics from McMaster University in 2002.

Richard Lacroix

 Mr. Richard J. Lacroix, P. Eng., is Independent Director of Allana Potash Corp.Through Mr. Lacroix’s 30 year career at Potash Corp, Mr. Lacroix rose steadily through management positions and became Senior Vice President of Technical Services in 1987, heading the team responsible for the corporation’s Research and Development work and capital expansions. In 1991, Mr. Lacroix became Executive Vice President of PCS Sales, responsible for Canadian Potash Sales, Industrial Sales, and Transportation & Distribution. In addition, Mr. Lacroix also served as a board member for Canpotex and as Chairman for Canpotex Bulk Terminals Ltd. Mr. Lacroix resumed his role as Vice President Technical Services in 2001 at Potash Corp., overseeing research and development as well as managing expansions at Rocanville, Lanigan and Allan divisions. Mr. Lacroix obtained his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan.

Lewis MacKenzie

 Major General (Retired) Lewis MacKenzie is Independent Director of Allana Potash Corp. General MacKenzie retired from the Canadian Forces in 1993 after 36 years of service. He commanded Sector Sarajevo, Yugoslavia, under the United Nations Protection Force in 1992. General MacKenzie serves on the board of a number of public companies. During his military career he was responsible for a number of operational budgets exceeding $1.0 billion.

Diana Walters

 Ms. Diana Walters is Independent Director of Allana Potash Corp. Ms. Walters is currently the President and CEO of Liberty Mining and Metals Holdings, LLC and has over 20 years experience in management positions with energy and mining companies. Ms. Walters graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BA and an MA in Energy and Mineral Resources.
