Name Description

Oscar Aamodt

 Mr. Oscar Aamodt serves as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Alchemy Resources Ltd since November 25, 2011. He is Chair of the Board and the Remuneration and Nomination Committees and Member of the Audit Committee of the Company. Mr Aamodt is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and has more than 26 years experience in the administration and management of mining and exploration companies in Australia and overseas. Mr Aamodt was a Director of the ASX-listed mining house Independence Group from August 2005 until his resignation in July 2011. He had been Chairman since March 2009 until his resignation. Mr Aamodt also served as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of Energy Metals from July 2005 until the completion of a friendly proportional cash takeover by China Guangdong Nuclear Power Corporation in December 2009.

Kevin Cassidy

 Dr. Kevin Cassidy serves as Chief Executive Officer of Alchemy Resources Limited. He has over 20 years experience in mineral exploration and applied research targeting a wide range of mineral deposit types, including gold, copper-gold and base metal deposits. Dr. Cassidy has experience in gold metallogeny in the Yilgarn of Western Australia and Superior province of Canada. He was previously the principal research scientist with Geoscience Australia and has made contributions to the understanding of the metallogeny of Archean Terranes. He is is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists and Society of Economic Geologists. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons), a Graduate Diploma in Technology and Management, and a Master of Business Administration in Technology and Management.

Bernard Crawford

 Mr. Bernard Crawford, ACIS, serves as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Alchemy Resources Limited. He is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience in the resources industry in Australia and overseas. He has held various positions in finance and management with NYSE, TSX and ASX listed companies. Mr. Crawford is also a non-executive director of Impress Energy Limited. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia, a Master of Business Administration from London Business School and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and Chartered Secretaries Australia.

Stuart House

 Mr. Stuart House serves as Commercial Manager of Alchemy Resources Limited. Mr. House has experience within the resource sector. He was admitted to practice as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2004. Prior to that time, Mr. House worked in the Department of Mines and Petroleum, was an employed land manager with a gold mining company and established his own mining tenement management business. Since being admitted to practice law, Mr. House has worked for several boutique resource and corporate law firms and continues to practice law as a sole practitioner specialising in resource law. Mr. House brings to the Company a set of skills in managing land holdings and access, co-ordinating exploration and mine development approvals and liaising with Government departments, service providers and corporate stakeholders.

Sofia Bianchi

 Ms. Sofia Bianchi serves as Non-Executive Director of Alchemy Resources Ltd. She has held this post since March 1, 2012. Ms Bianchi is Portfolio Manager at BlueCrest Capital Management. Ms Bianchi served as Deputy Managing Director of the Emerging Africa Infrastructure Fund with Standard Bank London from 2002 to 2007. She has previously held a senior position with the European Bank for Reconstruction & Development. Ms Bianchi has experience in banking, fund management and mergers & acquisitions. She holds a BA in Economics from George Washington University, Washington, DC and an MBA from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Lindsay Dudfield

 Mr. Lindsay George Dudfield serves as Non-Executive Director of Alchemy Resources Ltd since November 25, 2011. He is Member of the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees of the Company. Mr Dudfield is a geologist with over 30 years experience exploring for commodities in Australia and overseas, including close involvement with a number of greenfields discoveries. He was a founding director of Jindalee Resources, Alchemy's shareholder, and is currently the Managing Director of Jindalee. Mr Dudfield also co-founded Energy Metals and remains a Non-Executive Director of the company. Mr Dudfield is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, the Australian Institute of Geoscientists, the Geological Society of Australia and the Society of Economic Geologists.

Anthony Ho

 Mr. Anthony Ho serves as Non-Executive Director of Alchemy Resources Ltd. He has held this post since November 25, 2011. He is Chair of the Audit Committee as well as Member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees of the Company. He is a Chartered Accountant and a partner in a consulting practice focused principally on corporate and financial services to listed companies. He has experience in the resource industry, having served as director and secretary of companies listed on ASX. He is currently a Director of Newfield Resources Limited, Siburan Resources Limited and Redisland Australia Limited.
