Jose Antonio Tazon Garcia

Mr. Jose Antonio Tazon Garcia serves as Chairman and Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Amadeus IT Holding SA. He was appointed Chairman on December 2, 2008 and obtained Independent status on February 28, 2012. In addition, he serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Amadeus IT Group SA. Since March 2009, he has acted as Member of the Board of Directors of Expedia Inc. Since March 2011, he has acted at Standing Commission of the Council of Tourism of CEOE. He is Telecommunications Engineer graduated from Universidad Politecnica de Madrid. He also holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Sciences.

Luis Maroto Camino

Mr. Luis Maroto Camino serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Amadeus IT Holding, S.A. From January 2009 to December 2010, he acted as Deputy CEO of the Company, with responsibility for overall company strategy as well as line management of the finance, internal audit, legal and human resources functions. Mr. Maroto Camino joined Amadeus in 1999 as Director of Marketing and Finance. He was promoted in 2003 to Chief Financial Officer (CFO) position, taking responsibility for the global Amadeus Finance organization. Guillermo de la Dehesa Romero

Mr. Guillermo de la Dehesa Romero serves as Vice Chairman of the Board and Independent Director of Amadeus IT Holding, S.A. He was appointed as Vice Chairman of the Board February 24, 2011, and has been on the Company's Board since April 29, 2010. He acts as Member of the Company's Audit Committee and Chairman of the Nominating and Remuneration Committee. Until May 8, 2012, he acted as Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee. In 1975, he was appointed as Director of the Information Center for Foreign Trade at the Ministry of Commerce and later was named General Technical Secretary of the Ministry of Industry and Energy. In 1980, he became Director of Foreign Assets and International Relations of Banco de Espana. In the past, he also acted as General Secretary of Commerce, State Secretary of Economics and Secretary of the Board at the Ministry of Economics and Finance. Since 2002, he has served as Member of the Executive Committee and Member of the Board of Directors of Banco Santander. Currently, he is Member of the Board of Directors of Grupo Campofrio, Non-Executive Chairman of Aviva Corporation and International Counsel at Goldman Sachs. He is Economist and graduated with a Bachelors degree in Law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. He has been State Economist since 1968.

Ana de Pro Gonzalo

Ms. Ana de Pro Gonzalo serves as Chief Financial Officer of Amadeus IT Holding SA. She has global responsibility for financial management and control for the Amadeus Group. Previous to her appointment in Amadeus, she was Corporate General Manager at Sacyr Vallehermoso from 2002. She was responsible for the areas of corporate development, investor relations, marketing, e-business and communication. Prior to this position, she worked for eight years at Metrovacesa as Deputy General Manager & Finance Director and her duties included accounting and administration, treasury, management control, institutional relations and strategic planning. Between 1990 and 1994, she was Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen, working for companies from various sectors including telecommunications, engineering and construction. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Studies, specialising in Auditing, from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and completed IESE Business School’s PDG executive program.

Petra Euler

Ms. Petra Euler serves as Managing Director of Amadeus Germany and Vice President of NECSE Region of Amadeus IT Holding SA. She was appointed Vice President of NECSE Region on January 1, 2012, and has continued in her role as Managing Director for Amadeus Germany, which she has held since December 2005. Prior to joining Amadeus in 2001, she worked for Deutsche Lufthansa AG in Frankfurt, Germany. She joined the airline in 1983 and held various positions there, rising to Head the Personnel Development Department where she was responsible for approximately 300 directors and high potential employees worldwide. She holds a Diploma with distinction in Social Sciences (Sociology and Social Psychology) from the University of Saarbrucken and Universitaet Mannheim.

Claude Giafferri

Mr. Claude Giafferri serves as President of Amadeus SAS, a subsidiary of Amadeus IT Holding SA. He was appointed to this post on July 11, 2012. Previously, he acted as Deputy General Manager of Amadeus SAS, since September 2011. He previously served as Vice President of Global Customer IT Solutions from January 2009, with responsibility for commercial relationships with all multinational travel agencies, and also for Hotel IT activities. Before that, he was Vice President, Managing Director of Travel Office Products and Solutions, a business division created in October 2003 to develop and manage the Amadeus portfolio of products and services providing point-of-sale solutions for Travel Office customers. In August 2000, he was appointed Vice President of Product Management, responsible for the medium and long term evolution of the Amadeus product range. On joining Amadeus in 1991, he held the position of Director of Central System Products, responsible for the definition of products related to the Amadeus Central System. Prior to joining Amadeus, he was Head of Commercial Affairs, Product Planning and Development, and Information Systems at Air France. He was responsible for managing the marketing of commercial applications and the GDS distribution agreements, and played an active role in coordinating the Amadeus project since its inception in 1986. He graduated from Ecole des Mines de Paris in 1975 and followed this with a Master of Science degree from the Stanford University in 1977.

Scott Gutz

Mr. Scott Gutz serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Amadeus North America of Amadeus IT Holding SA. He was appointed to these posts in April 2011. In these roles, he directs Amadeus’ distribution initiatives, including sales, marketing, strategic planning, business development, product management, and customer support for Amadeus' travel agency, travel supplier, and specialty customers in the United States and Canada. Prior to his current role, he served as Chief Operating Officer for the Americas, overseeing finance, information systems, customer training, customer support, product development and delivery services. Before that, he served as Senior Vice President of e-Commerce for Amadeus North America and Chief Executive Officer of e-Travel Inc. In this role, he led the commercial, product and support activities for Amadeus’ North American corporate, airline and leisure e-commerce customers. As Chief Executive Officer of e-Travel Inc., he facilitated and implemented the company’s sale to Amadeus in 2001 and was named one of the top 25 most influential executives by Business Travel News. Prior to joining Amadeus, he was Vice President at Oracle Corporation, where he guided corporate financial planning, corporate accounting, and mergers and acquisitions integration. He also worked as Senior Manager for Arthur Andersen LLP in the audit and business process consulting divisions. He completed a Masters of Business Administration degree at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan Fellows Program in Innovation and Global Leadership. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Babson College and is Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Wolfgang Krips

Mr. Wolfgang Krips has serves as Executive Vice President Global Operations & General Manager Amadeus Data Processing of Amadeus IT Holding SA since July 1, 2013. He was named Member of the Executive Committee of the Company as of January 1, 2014. Before joining Amadeus, he held various senior management positions at SAP in development, IT and services - among them Senior Vice President Globalization Services, Head of Global IT Infrastructure Services, Managing Director of SAP Managed Services / SAP Hosting, Senior Vice President for Partner Care & Enablement Services, Vice President in the corporate strategy group. Prior to SAP, he was an Associate Principal with McKinsey & Company until 2002. Herve Couturier

Mr. Herve Couturier serves as Executive Vice President of Global Development of Amadeus IT Holding SA. He was appointed to this post on July 11, 2012. He has more than 25 years experience in the area of international software development and has held executive posts at SAP, IBM and Business Objects. Tomas Lopez Fernebrand

Mr. Tomas Lopez Fernebrand serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Amadeus IT Holding SA. He was named Vice President and General Counsel on January 1, 1999. In December 2000, the Board of Directors appointed him Corporate Secretary as well, therefore becoming the Chief Legal Officer of the Amadeus Group. In 1999 and 2005, he guided the Group through the legal and regulatory steps required for the company’s IPO (1999), and leveraged buy-out (2005) with the private equity firms BC Partners and Cinven, and Air France, Deutsche Lufthansa AG, and Iberia. As recently as April 2010, he led the Group through the proceedings for an IPO in the Madrid Stock Exchange. He joined Amadeus in 1988 as Senior Corporate Counsel. He assisted in the creation of the two main subsidiaries in the Amadeus Group: Amadeus Development (France) and Amadeus Data Processing (Germany). He also assisted in the drafting of the European Code of Conduct for CRSs. In April 1996, he was made Associate General Counsel, providing legal counsel to Amadeus Marketing, in both Madrid and Nice. In addition, he supervised and coordinated the legal and contractual support required by Amadeus National Marketing Companies (NMCs) worldwide. In addition to his role as Chief Legal Officer, he currently leads the Industry Affairs unit in Amadeus, which also supervises and coordinates the worldwide CSR and sustainability programs in the Group. He served as the first Chairman of the newly created European Technology and Travel Services Association (ETTSA), a Belgian non-profit association based in Brussels with membership composed of Global Distribution Systems, on-line Travel Agencies, and other industry stakeholders. Julia Sattel

Gerry Smith

Mr. Gerry Smith serves as Vice President of Operations and Deputy General Manager of Amadeus Data Processing of Amadeus IT Holding SA. He was appointed to this post in July 2009, being responsible for overall operational delivery and all service management processes within Global Operations. Prior to this role, he was Director IT Implementation Services from June 2007. He had responsibility for the implementation of applications and business services into the infrastructure and operations environment. Before that, Gerry was Director, Airline IT Operations from February 2004. He had operational responsibility for all Airline IT customers and services, including operational readiness and implementation of the Altea Inventory and DCS applications for the launch customers. From 2001 he was Director, Technical Services in Amadeus Services Ltd., based in London. In this role he was responsible for the maintenance, support and development of the RTZ and RTB TPF system platforms running services for British Airways and Amadeus Hosted Services, and for the Service Delivery relationship with BA. He joined Amadeus in September of 1988 as a Senior TPF System Support Programmer and worked on the initial cutover of the Amadeus system into production. Since 1994, he has held a number of management positions within ADP, including Online Coverage Manager, Manager System Operations with responsibility for the data centre in Erding, Manager TPF Systems and Project Manager of the BA Transition Project. He graduated in 1985 with Honors from the University of Limerick, Ireland with a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics. He then spent three years with Aer Lingus, working in the ACP / TPF systems and coverage groups.

Denis Lacroix

Mr. Denis Lacroix serves as Vice President of Product Development, Sales & e-Commerce Platforms of Amadeus IT Holding SA. He has held this post since November 2007. He was appointed Director of Product Development in March 2002 responsible for the e-Travel product development and operations teams in Nice and Boston, and improving and enhancing the e-Travel consumer, corporate and portal product range. Prior to that, as Director, Amadeus OCG (Online Corporate Group), Product Design & Development, he had full responsibility for all design and development activities for Amadeus' online initiatives. Previously, he was Director of Development for Amadeus' Distributed Systems division, leading the design and development of Amadeus' Front Office Systems for airlines and travel agencies. He began his career with Amadeus in 1989 and was responsible for the software architecture of the original Amadeus Front Office Systems product line. Before joining Amadeus, Denis was Senior Software Engineer for Digital Equipment Corporation and IBM's Yorktown Heights Research Laboratories in New York, USA. He graduated from the Ecole Centrale de Paris.

Mr. Frederic Bessis serves as Vice President of Product Architecture & Delivery of Amadeus IT Holding SA. He joined the newly-created Product Development Strategy (PDS) team in January 2009, as deputy to Bertrand Kientz, reporting both to the EVP Commercial and EVP Development. Prior to this role, he was Vice President of Product & Technology Strategic Planning from November 2004. He coordinated the functional and technical evolutions of the Amadeus System within Amadeus' overall corporate strategy. He also assessed and developed opportunities for new products and partnership initiatives. Prior to this promotion, he managed the architectural evolution of the Amadeus System and consolidation of the framework for the evolution of Amadeus global architecture from 1999. He joined Amadeus in 1990 and held roles in the division that evolved into the current Sales & eCommerce Platform division, Front Office group and System Planning division. In 1998, he was promoted to Director, Distributed Systems, managing the development of products and services for travel agents. Before joining Amadeus, he managed his own consulting company providing IT services to the oil industry, having worked for various oil companies as a geologist and geophysicist. He began his career with a thesis in Earth Sciences at the French Institute for Petroleum (IFP), where he then did research work for five years. Moreover, he graduated in Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole Nationale Superieure des Mines, Paris.

Christophe Bousquet

Mr. Christophe Bousquet serves as Vice President of Distribution, Reservation and Mid-Back Office of Amadeus IT Holding SA. He was appointed to this post in November 2007. He is responsible for GDS development within the central system which includes PNR, ticketing and profile functionality for Amadeus GDS, Altea reservation functionalities including software development and leading the migration of airlines to Altea, and mid-office / back-office systems. Since September 2000, he has been managing a division in Global Core that takes care of Air products (PNR, Availability and Customer Application). He joined Amadeus in 1990 and started working in the Availability / Schedule Change Group within the Global Core division. He became Unit Manager at the end of 1993 and successfully led the off-line schedule change and the TPF inventory teams. He was promoted to Manager of the Development Support department in 1998. Prior to joining Amadeus, he worked as Software Engineer first for Syseca and then at Control Data France. He graduated with a Masters degree in Computer Science from Universite de Toulouse.

Alexandre Cabaud

Mr. Alexandre Cabaud serves as Vice President of Global Business Services (GBS) of Amadeus IT Holding SA. He was appointed to this post in November 2011. In February 2004, he was named Director of Revenue & Business Information Management. In this role, he was in charge of optimizing Amadeus revenues and harmonizing processes and supporting tools for the Finance area. In addition to this role, he took on the responsibility of the Processes & Solutions department in April 2010. Mr. Cabaud joined Amadeus in June 1998 and held Manager and Senior Manager roles in both Marketing and Corporate Finance. Prior to Amadeus, he worked as Business Manager for UNIFI Communications, a telecom provider in Paris and previously as Operations Manager at GHMSI, a health insurance company also located in Paris. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Financial Management from Ecole Superieure de Gestion (ESG) Business School in Paris and a degree in Executive Coaching from Escuela Europea de Coaching (EEC) in Madrid.

Angel Gallego

Mr. Angel Gallego serves as Vice President of Western Europe, Middle East and Africa (WEMEA) of Amadeus IT Holding SA. He was appointed to this post in April 2010. In this role, he is responsible for managing the new region called Western Europe, Middle East & Africa (WEMEA). Previously, he was Director of Western Europe from 2006. He managed the Western Europe ACOs and regional teams as well as addressed the wide variety of country and business issues across the region. He joined Amadeus in December 2000 as Director of Latin America, a position he held until 2006. In this role, he was accountable for all Amadeus business in the region managing ACO and central resources dedicated to the region. Before joining the Company, he worked for American Express from 1995 as Marketing Executive for the Spanish market and was quickly promoted to Senior Marketing Executive, heading up the Corporate Services Department. By 1998 he had risen to a pan-European marketing role based in London. He graduated in 1992 from Universidad de Madrid with a degree in Law, and also holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Escuela de Organizacion Industrial.

Benoit Janin

Mr. Benoit Janin serves as Vice President of Pricing and Shopping Platform of Amadeus IT Holding SA. He was appointed to this post in November 2007. He is in charge of driving and organizing all developments in the area of air pricing and shopping, including the development of cutting-edge technologies related to Fare Searches, the development of new industry products such as Amadeus Ticket Changer, Ancillary Services, and Airline Ticketing fees, as well as incorporating continuous technological advancements as new software and hardware platforms become available, such as the new Massive Computation Platform to sustain “pre-shopping” products. He began his career at Amadeus in 1997 as Manager of the newly created Software Engineering Department in the Systems Planning Division. In 1998 he joined the Fare Quote Development Division as Director. He drove the whole reengineering of the Fare Quote platform, which was completed in 2007, by migrating all pricing applications, fare searches and fares database applications to UNIX/Linux platforms and to relational databases. He also introduced new software technologies related to Fares Search making Amadeus a leading player in this area. Prior to joining Amadeus, he worked as Software Engineer at the French Geographical Institute (IGN) in Paris from 1979 to 1984 where he was in charge of Technical Studies in the area of Digital Cartography. In 1984, he joined a newly created company in the CAD-CAM (Computer Aided Design – Computer Aided Manufacturing) industry, CISIGRAPH, where he first held the position of Manager in charge of technical developments. From 1989 to 1995, he held the CAM Development Department of CISIGRAPH where he was responsible for all developments in the areas of numerical machining, automatic meshing and plastics injection simulations. He graduated from Ecole Polytechnique, and also holds a diploma of Geographical Engineer from IGN.

Alejandro Luzarraga Guerrero

Mr. Alejandro Luzarraga Guerrero serves as Vice President of Corporate Strategy of Amadeus IT Holding SA. On March 14, 2013, he was appointed Member of the Company's Executive Management Committee. Between 1998 and 2006, he worked in the finance area of Amadeus, in close relation to the commercial departments (pricing, revenue management, business finance). He has intervened in the evaluation and follow-up of complex customer business cases and contributed to the signature of different Amadeus external partnerships and JVs. One of the projects he closely supported was the definition and the implementation of the Amadeus Value Based Pricing. His professional career started in Novartis, in Paris. After that, he worked for several years in strategy consulting and industrial organization advice, throughout a diverse range of economic sectors. Between 2006 and 2011, he participated in a number of different start-up ventures, and has directly collaborated to the expansion of the Hospitality business in PortAventura, a leisure resort. He rejoined Amadeus in September 2011. He holds a degree in Business Administration and a Masters of Business Administration degree from ESADE. He also graduated in Economics and Actuarial Sciences from Universidad de Barcelona, and has been Associate Professor of statistics at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.

Mr. Francois Weissert serves as Vice President of Global Core Development of Amadeus IT Holding SA. He has held this post since September 2000. He heads the Global Core Development organization, in charge of all development issues related to the Amadeus Central System products. Mr. Weissert joined Amadeus in July 1996 as Director of Global Core Application, not only responsible for TPF (PNR, TTY, etc) but also for new UNIX developments (Car Server, Customer Server), API and Middleware development. Prior to joining Amadeus, he worked at Air France, in the Operational Research team, then managed the passenger applications (reservation, yield management and check-in), and was Director of Systems and Production in the Valbonne Centre.

Christian Boireau

Mr. Christian Guy Marie Boireau serves as Executive Member of the Board of Directors, representing Societe Air France of Amadeus IT Holding SA. He was appointed to this post on June 24, 2011. Previously, he was Board Member, representing Amadecin SarL on the Company's Board until August 2, 2011. He has been on the Company's Board since February 21, 2005. In addition, he serves as Member of the Board of Directors of Amadeus IT Group SA and Manager of Amadecin SARL. He worked for Royal Bank of Scotland, among others. He holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from the Glasgow University.

David Webster

Mr. David Gordon Comyn Webster serves as Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Amadeus IT Holding, S.A. He has been on the Company's Board since May 6, 2010. He has been Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee since May 8, 2012. He started his professional career serving as Director of the Area of Corporate Finance of Samuel Montagu Co Ltd. Between 1973 and 1976, he served as Finance Director of Oriel Foods. In 1977, he co-established Safeway and has served as its Finance Director and later appointed as Executive President, from 1997 to 2004. He has also been Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of Reed International plc, Reed Elsevier plc and Elsevier NV, as well as President of Reed Elsevier between 1998 and 1999. Currently, he acts as Non-Executive Chairman of Intercontinental Hotels Group plc and Makinson Cowell; President of Yuma Ltd, and Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of Temple Bar Investment Trust plc. He graduated with a Bachelors degree in Law from the University of Glasgow.
