Name Description

Eric Dodd

 Mr. Eric R. Dodd is Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Ambition Group Ltd since March 18, 2013. He brings more than 30 years' board level and financial services experience sector to Ambition. He is currently Chairman of SFG Australia Limited, Firstfolio Limited (both ASX listed financial services businesses) and Australian Chairman of First American Title Insurance. He is a Non-Executive Director of The Credit Corp Group Limited and Integrated Clinical Oncology Network. In 1996, he joined the NRMA group as Chief Financial Officer and, in 1998, became the Managing Director of NRMA Insurance Limited and Chief Executive Officer of NRMA Limited. In 2000 he led the demutualization and listing of NRMA Insurance Group Limited on the ASX. Prior to NRMA, he was the Group Finance Director at NatWest Markets, Executive Director at Legal & General and a general manager at the Bank of New Zealand and Australian Bank. He is a former Chairman of Odyssey House and former Director of Healthscope and Clean Up Australia. Previously, he was a member of the Australian Payments Council, the Business Council of Australia, the Australian Health Insurance Association and the Executive Committee of the Australian Bankers Association and past President of the Insurance Council of Australia. He has a Bachelor of Economics and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Guy Day

 Mr. Guy Day has been Group Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Ambition Group Ltd since January 19, 2012. He has worked for the Company since its Asia business was established in January 2001 and was appointed to the Board in May 2011. He holds a Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Diploma. His experience commenced recruitment career in 1995 in UK, moved to Asia in 1997 and established Ambition's Hong Kong business in 2001, subsequently adding a Singapore office in 2007. His responsibilities expanded to include UK in 2009 and Australia in 2011. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Business Studies from Nottingham Trent University.

Nicholas Waterworth

 Mr. Nicholas (Nick) Waterworth is Deputy Chairman of the Board and IR Contact Officer of Ambition Group Ltd since March 18, 2013. He was previously the Executive Chairman of the Board of the Company from June 26, 2003 until March 18, 2013. He has been Director since the Company's inception in August 1999. He is responsible for corporate and strategic development, acquisitions, external communication and investor relations. He is Chairman of Investor Relations and Managing Partner of Watermark Search International. He holds an Honours degree in Economics from York University in the United Kingdom.

Rick Taylor

 Mr. Rick Taylor has been Group Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Ambition Group Ltd since March 31, 2009. He qualified as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen in London in 1999 and has a Bachelor of Arts from Oxford University, England. Since moving to Australia, he has held the position of Chief Operating Officer at QAS Pty Limited (a subsidiary of Experian Plc), Financial Controller of Maxxium Australia Pty Limited and Infomedia Pty Limited.

Paul Lyons

 Mr. Paul Lyons is Executive Director of Ambition Group Ltd since January 19, 2012. He is also Managing Director of the Ambition and AccountAbility businesses in Australia. He is Co-Founder of the Group. He has been Director since the Company's inception in August 1999. He is an Honours graduate in Accounting and Financial Administration from the University of Wales. He is also Associate of Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, CPA Australia, Institute of Internal Auditors.

Cathy Doyle

 Ms. Cathy Doyle has been Non-Executive Director of Ambition Group Ltd since May 1, 2012. She is Member of the Company's Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee. She has over 20 years of senior level experience in various sectors. She is currently Head of HR at BNP Paribas. She previously was Group Executive Equities, and Group Executive People and Culture at Perpetual, and has held senior HR roles at Qantas, Commonwealth Bank and NRMA. She was previously an Executive Director Perpetual Investments Management Ltd and Chairman of Odyssey House. She holds Master of Business Administration from University of New England, a Degree in Social Science from Newcastle University, Post Graduate Degrees in Psychology and Vocational Education and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Paul Young

 Mr. Paul Anthony Young has been Non-Executive Director of Ambition Group Ltd since September 1999. He is Chairman of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee of the Company. He is Co-Founder and Executive Director of Baron Partners Limited, and has over 25 years' experience in merchant banking. He is also Chairman of Tidewater Investments Limited, Director of Thomas and Coffey Limited, and Non-Executive Director of Site Group International Ltd and GB Energy Ltd. He is an Honours graduate in Economics from Cambridge University. He also holds Advanced Diploma in Corporate Finance. He is Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and Fellow of Australian Institute of Company Directors.
