During his 30-year professional career, Pontillo held a number of key positions within AMC Networks and its former parent company, Cablevision Systems Corporation. His previous position was senior vice president of broadcasting, information systems and technology, which he held since 2004. During his tenure, he has been responsible for the technical facility and distribution design of many programming services, including those for AMC Networks owned and operated networks AMC, IFC, Sundance Channel and WE tv; as well as third party clients fuse, MSG Network, MSG Plus, MSG Varsity and numerous other regional and national sports networks. He was one of the key architects of the design, construction and launch of the spacecraft that was originally used for distribution of AMC Networks’ VOOM HD Networks. Pontillo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the New York Institute of Technology and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of New York. He is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers, Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers (SMPTE), National Society of Cable Television Engineers (SCTE) and serves on several advisory boards in the cable and broadcast industries. |

Before joining AMC Networks in 1998, Kroner was senior vice president of corporate communications at the talent agency ICM. There, she directed worldwide publicity for the firm, managed corporate advertising and helped develop strategic marketing plans for high profile clients. Prior to her tenure at ICM, Kroner spent three years as vice president of publicity for Sony Pictures Entertainment, where she spearheaded publicity efforts for Columbia and TriStar Pictures. Prior to that, at Rogers & Cowan, the entertainment industry’s publicity firm, Kroner was vice president of entertainment promotions, where she identified and executed national promotions for feature films. She also served as vice president and general manager at Seiniger Advertising, a creator of print and audio-visual advertising campaigns to the film industry. |

Mr. Rob Doodian is the Executive Vice President - Human Resources of AMC Networks Inc. As executive vice president of human resources, Rob Doodian oversees employee relations, staffing, executive recruiting, internal communications, compensation and benefits for AMC Networks Inc. and several of the most popular and award-winning brands in cable television, AMC, IFC, Sundance Channel, WE tv and IFC Films. Mr. Doodian was named to this post in July 2011. Mr. Doodian has more than 23 years of experience in human resources. Prior to joining AMC Networks, he served as senior vice president of corporate human resources for Cablevision, where he was responsible supporting Corporate, AMC Networks, Optimum Lightpath, News 12 Networks and MSG Varsity. He joined Cablevision in 1999 as area director of corporate employee relations and was subsequently promoted to vice president in 2002. He was named senior vice president in 2008. Prior to Cablevision, Mr. Doodian was with the international accounting and consulting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers where he was the director of human resources for the metro regions’ assurance practice. Prior to PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mr. Doodian was with the Long Island Lighting Company (now National Grid) where he held a variety of human resources roles in the labor/employee relations and compensation areas. Mr. Doodian began his professional career in 1985 with the New York office of Coopers & Lybrand as part of the audit staff providing assurance services to clients in the financial services industry. He subsequently became part of the firms’ human resources team and managed their college recruiting function. Mr. Doodian earned his Bachelor of Science degree from New York University in Accounting and a certificate in Human Resources from Cornell University. He serves on the board of the T. Howard Foundation, a non-profit, charitable organization dedicated to increasing diversity in the multimedia and entertainment industry. |
