Name Description

Anssi Vanjoki

Mr. Anssi Vanjoki has been Independent Chairman of the Board of Directors of Amer Sports Oyj since March 15, 2006. He is also Member of the Company's Compensation and Human Resources and Nomination Committees. He joined the Company’s Board in 2004. He is Professor at Lapeenranta University of Technology. Mr. Vanjoki is Individual Multicontributor and a former Executive Vice President (EVP) and General Manager of the Mobile Solutions Unit of Nokia Corporation (2010). Prior to that, he was EVP of Markets at Nokia Corporation (2007-2010); EVP and General Manager of the Multimedia Unit of Nokia Corporation (2004-2007); EVP and General Manager of Nokia Corporation (1998-2004); Member of the Executive Board of Nokia Corporation (1998-2010); EVP of Nokia Mobile Phones and Senior Vice President of Nokia Mobile Phones (1994-1998), and Vice President of Sales of Nokia Mobile Phones (1991-1994). He also held several management positions at 3M Corporation (1980-1991). Mr. Vanjoki holds a number of directorships. He chairs the Boards of Directors of Vertu Corporation Ltd, Omegawave Oy, Aqsens Oy and Sstatzz Oy and serves as Member on the Boards of Koskisen Oy, Sonova Holding AG, Acatama Labs Oy, Kapitaalihonka Oy and Basware Corporation. He holds Master of Science degree in Economics.

Heikki Takala

Mr. Heikki Takala has been President, Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Executive Board of Amer Sports Oyj since April 1, 2010. Prior to this, he worked for Procter & Gamble (1992-2010), where he held several leadership positions in Brand Management, Marketing, Sales, and Commercial Strategy at country, region and global level. He has 15 years of international experience, including last eight years spent in Switzerland. Mr. Takala holds Master of Science degree in International Business from Helsinki School of Economics and ESADE (Barcelona).

Mr. Ilkka Brotherus has served as Independent Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Amer Sports Oyj since 2002. He is also Chairman of the Company's Nomination Committee and Member of the Compensation and Human Resources Committee. He joined Amer’s Board of Directors as Independent Member in 2000. Mr. Brotherus is Owner and Managing Director of Sinituote Oy. Jussi Siitonen

Mr. Jussi Siitonen has been Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Executive Board of Amer Sports Oyj since January 1, 2011. He was previously Senior Vice President, Finance at the Company (2009-2010). Prior to Amer Sports, he worked for Stora Enso Group and served as Senior Vice President (SVP) and Group Controller (2008-2009), and SVP and Chief Accounting Officer (2006-2008), and held several finance, controlling and project management positions at the Company (1992-2006). Mr. Siitonen holds Master of Science degree in Economics from the Helsinki School of Economics (now Aalto-yliopisto).

Victor Duran

Mr. Victor Duran has been Senior Vice President, Marketing and Business to Consumer at Amer Sports Oyj as well as Member of the Company’s Executive Board since January 1, 2011. Previously, he was Partner at HotHouse Consulting (2008-2010), Director at Zyman Group Consulting (2006-2008) and Head of Marketing for EMEA at Caterpillar (2001-2005). Terhi Heikkinen

Ms. Terhi Heikkinen has been Senior Vice President, Human Resources (HR) at Amer Sports Oyj and Member of the Company’s Executive Board since 2009. Prior to joining the Company, she was Senior Vice President of HR at Rautaruukki Corporation (2005-2009), Executive Vice President of HR at Alma Media Corporation (2003-2005), HR Director of Fujitsu Invia Ltd (2001-2003), HR Director of Accenture Ltd (1999-2001), HR Manager at Hartwall Plc (1996-1999) and HR Manager at Finland's Post Ltd (1989-1996). Michael White

Mr. Michael White has been Chief Sales Officer and General Manager, EMEA and Americas, as well as Member of the Executive Board of Amer Sports Oyj since November 4, 2013. Before that, he has been General Manager of Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) at Amer Sports Oyj and Member of the Company’s Executive Board since 2010. Previously, he held various positions within the Company, including General Manager of Europe (2008-2009) and General Manager of the United Kingdom (UK) and Ireland (2005-2008). His other prior positions include General Manager of Office Depot in France (2000-2004), General Manager of ICI Paints in France (1997-2000), General Manager of French Connection in France (1995-1997) and Commercial Director of French Connection in France (1993-1995). Earlier in his career, he worked for Coats Viyella, first as Management Trainee (1988-1990) and later on as Marketing Executive, Europe (1990-1991) and Sales and Marketing Manager, Ecuador (1992-1993). Mr. White holds a Master of Arts degree with Honors from the University of Saint Andrews.

Rob Barker

Mr. Rob Barker has been appointed President of Fitness business unit and Member of the Executive Board of Amer Sports Oyj, effective as of June 1, 2013. Mr. Barker has been managing the Amer Sports Fitness business unit's international sales and operations since 2011, and he previously held several commercial positions within the Fitness business area over 17 years. Mike Dowse

Mr. Mike Dowse has been President of Ball Sports (Wilson Sporting Goods, DeMarini, ATEC) and Member of the Executive Board at Amer Sports Oyj since November 4, 2013. Before that, he has been General Manager of Americas at the Company and Member of the Company’s Executive Board since 2010. He joined the Company in 2004 and served as President and General Manager of Winter and Outdoor Americas (2006-2010) and Vice President of North America at Suunto (2004-2006). Bernard Millaud

Mr. Bernard Millaud has is President of Cycling and Mavic SAS at Amer Sports Oyj and has been Member of the Company’s Executive Board since 2009. He has been President of Mavic SAS since 2010. Previously, he was President of Salomon SAS, President of Cycling (Mavic) and President of Winter Sports (Salomon) (2007-2009); General Manager of Mavic (2002-2007), and General Manager of Salomon's Winter Sports (1998-2002). He joined Salomon Winter Sport in 1988, and was serving for the company in various positions for 10 years. Mikko Moilanen

Mr. Mikko Moilanen is President of Sports Instruments at Amer Sports Oyj. He has been Member of the Executive Board of the Company since 2010. Formerly, he served for Nokia (1992-2009), where he held various international executive and senior manager positions in Research and Development, Product Creation, Program and Portfolio Management as well as Demand Supply Network Management and Strategy. Prior to Nokia, he was Design Engineer and Project Manager at ASIC Design House Smartech Oy (1989-1992). Mr. Moilanen holds a Master of Science degree (EE) in Microelectronics and Digital Signal Processing from Tampereen Teknillinen Yliopisto (Tampere University of Technology) in Finland.

Jean-Marc Pambet

Mr. Jean-Marc Pambet has been President of Footwear and Salomon SAS at Amer Sports Oyj since 2010 as well as Member of the Company’s Executive Board since 2009. Prior to this, he was President of Apparel and Footwear at the Company (2007-2009). Formerly, he held various positions at Salomon (1985-2007), including General Manager of Apparel & Footwear (2002-2007), General Manager EMEA (1996-2001) and Country Manager France (1990-1995), among others. Vincent Wauters

Mr. Vincent Wauters has been Member of the Executive Board and President of Apparel at Amer Sports Oyj since March 24, 2015. He has also been General Manager of Arc’teryx Inc since 2012. He previously served as Member of the Executive Board and Senior Vice President of Supply Chain and Information Technology of Amer Sports Oyj from September 1, 2008 until June 13, 2012. He has been Amer Sports’s employee since 2008. Previously, he served on several positions within Newell Rubbermaid, including Vice President of Supply Chain of Newell Rubbermaid EMEA between 2006 and 2008, Director of Supply Chain and Customer Service of Sanford Europe between 2004 and 2006, and Officer of Supply Chain Development of Sanford Europe between 2002 and 2004. He also served as Director of Supply Chain and Catalog of Amazon.fr between 2000 and 2002. In addition, he held several positions at Redcats between 1997 and 2000, including such posts as Logistics and Retail Manager of Redoute in the United Kingdom, Direct Marketing Project Manager of Ellos in Sweden, and Product Manager for Movitex in France. He completed postgraduate studies in Geo-Politics and Contemporary History from Universite Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) in Brussels.

Indra Asander

Ms. Indra Asander has been Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Amer Sports Oyj since March 8, 2012. She also serves as Chairman of the Company’s Compensation and Human Resources Committee. Ms. Asander is Chief Executive Officer of Sergel Group. She was Member of the Board of Directors of VIA Travel Group ASA (2006-2012). Her previous positions within the TeliaSonera group include Senior Vice President, Head of Product Management Europe at BA Mobility Services (2008-2011); Senior Vice President, Head of Content Services Europe at BA Mobility Services (2007), and Senior Vice President, Head of Consumer Business (2003-2006). Prior to that, she worked for Telia AB and held such roles as Senior Vice President, Head of Business Area Internet Services (2001-2002), and Vice President, Skanova and Marketing Director (2000-2001). In the past she also spent several years with Vattenfall AB serving as Senior Vice President, Business Area Energy Market (2000), Director of Product Sales, Business Area Energy Market (1999-2000), and Divisional Manager for Corporate Customers in Sweden (1998-1999), Divisional Manager for Private Consumer Market, Sweden (1995-1998) and Regional Manager for Vattenfall Electricity Provision (1994-1995). Ms. Asander is Member of the Board of Aura Light International Holding AB. She holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering from Stockholm.

Martin Burkhalter

Mr. Martin Burkhalter has been Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Amer Sports Oyj since June 4, 2008. He also serves as Member of the Company's Nomination and Audit Committees. Mr. Burkhalter is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Vizrt Ltd. He holds a degree in Biotechnology and Accounting.

Christian Fischer

Mr. Christian Fischer has been Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Amer Sports Oyj since June 4, 2008. He also serves as Member of the Company's Audit Committee. He is Entrepreneur. He was Founder and CEO of NewMoove Online Fitness GmbH from 2010 until 2014. Mr. Fischer was Founder and Managing Director of Accelate, Business Launch and Expansion GmbH (2008-2013). Additionally, he has experience as Founder, Managing Director and shareholder of F&R Multimedia Gmbh. He was Founder and CEO of Secuirty Land Sicherheits Fachmarkt GmbH (2005-2009). Mr. Hannu Ryopponen has been Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Amer Sports Oyj since March 5, 2009. He also serves as Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee.
