Mr. Richard S. Warzala is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Allied Motion Technologies Inc. He has served as director of the Company since August 2006. Mr. Warzala has management and technical background in the motion control industry. In May 2009, He was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to May 2009 Mr. Warzala was President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company since May 2002 and has been employed by the Company since October 2001. In 1993, he was named President of API Motion, a subsidiary of American Precision Industries Inc., and continued as President until 1999, when it was acquired by Danaher Corporation where he served as President of the Motion Components Group until 2001. Mr. Robert P. Maida has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Allied Motion Technologies Inc., effective December 1, 2012. He worked for over two years as the Director of Finance for Avox Systems, Inc., a subsidiary of Zodiac Aerospace. Prior to that, Mr. Maida worked for over 10 years for API Motion/Danaher Motion, where he progressed to the position of Director of Finance for the Applied Products Group of Danaher Motion, a subsidiary of Danaher Corporation. Prior to that, he was the Vice President of Finance for Great Lakes Industries, Inc. and the Director of Finance of BRC, a division of Bryce Corporation.
