George Sakellaris	Mr. George P. Sakellaris is Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Ameresco Inc., since founding 2000. Mr. Sakellaris principal stockholder. Mr. Sakellaris previously founded Noresco, an energy services company, in 1989 and served as its president and chief executive officer until 2000. Noresco was acquired by Equitable Resources, Inc. in 1997. Mr. Sakellaris was a founding member and previously served as the president, and is currently a director, of the National Association of Energy Service Companies, a national trade organization representing the energy efficiency industry.
Andrew Spence	Mr. Andrew B. Spence is Chief Financial Officer, Vice President, Treasurer of Ameresco Inc., since 2002. From 1997 to 2000, Mr. Spence was chief financial officer of ABB Energy Capital L.L.C. an energy-related financial services company.

At Enron, Mr. Sutton was responsible for budgeting, financial reporting and planning for Enron’s international business unit and oversaw the development, construction, financing, operation and management of numerous energy projects.
William Bulger	Mr. William M. Bulger is Independent Director of Ameresco Inc., since 2001. From 2004 to 2009, Mr. Bulger served as an adjunct professor at Suffolk University and a part-time faculty member of the political science department at Boston College. From 1996 to 2003, Mr. Bulger was president of the University of Massachusetts. From 1970 to 1996, Mr. Bulger was a member of the Massachusetts State Senate, where he served as president from 1978 to 1996. Michael Jesanis	Mr. Michael E. Jesanis is Independent Director of Ameresco Inc., since April 2010. Since October 2007, Mr. Jesanis has served as a principal of Serrafix Corporation. From July 2004 to December 2006, Mr. Jesanis was president and chief executive officer of National Grid USA, a utility, where he had previously been chief financial officer. Mr. Jesanis currently serves on the board of directors of NiSource Inc., a utility holding company, and is a former director of National Grid plc, a utility company.
Frank Wisneski	Mr. Frank V. Wisneski is Independent Director of Ameresco, Inc., since 2011. Prior to retiring in 2001, Mr. Wisneski was Partner and Senior Vice President at Wellington Management Company, L.P., an institutional asset manager serving clients globally, where he had worked since 1969.
