C. Allen Bradley |
Mr. C. Allen Bradley, Jr., is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Amerisafe Inc. He has served as Chairman of Company's board of directors since October 2005, Company's Chief Executive Officer since December 2003 and as a Director since June 2003. From November 2002 to August 2010 he served as President and from November 2002 until December 2003 he served as Company's Chief Operating Officer. Since joining company in 1994, Mr. Bradley has had principal responsibility for the management of Company's underwriting operations (December 2000 through June 2005) and safety services (September 2000 through November 2002) and has served as Company's General Counsel (September 1997 through December 2003) and Secretary (September 1997 through November 2002). Prior to joining company, he was engaged in the private practice of law. |

Mr. Geoffrey R. Banta is President of Amerisafe Inc. He is no longer Chief Operating Officer of the Company effective May 15, 2013. He has served as the company's President since August 2010 and Chief Operating Officer since November 2008. From December 2003 to October 2008, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. From 1996 to 1999, he served as Executive Vice President-Finance and Administration of Metamor Worldwide, Inc. Mr. Young currently serves as a Director and Chairman of the Audit Committees of Insperity, Inc., a human resources outsourcing company, and Tower Group, Inc., a property and casualty insurance holding company. He holds an accounting degree from the University of Texas and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Texas and New York.
